環境不錯，住着舒適，服務到位，酒店的安全措施非常到位，讓人感到非常安心。酒店的房間衞生非常乾淨，讓人感到很舒適。前台小姐姐服務好的，房間的床品好舒服的，房間物品齊全，還有早餐豐富的。下次還來入住的。

維也納酒店也算是老牌連鎖酒店了，這次來到龍勝才體會到這家酒店真的是越來越差了。龍勝的兩家維也納。在平台上定的第一家，不單止沒有平台上介紹的好，而且態度非常不好，大有你愛住不住，我就不愁沒客之勢。轉到另外一家，本也不想計較，將就過一晚算了。結果空調開了兩小時温度不降反升，找到前台，叫人來看了，結果是主機沒開。你説花錢住個酒店，還要費心請求其員工做事，旅途能安逸嗎？能住得開心嗎？而且設施落後，現在連民宿都用上許多智慧設施，而在維也納別説智能馬桶之類的，晚上想睡覺還要滿房間找開關閉燈。其他也不想多説了，希望別的旅客不要踩坑了。

服務態度很差，一副愛搭不理的樣子，早餐基本沒啥，能對付一口就行，後面停車場排水溝蓋子壞了也不提示也不修，沒注意一腳踩進去直接腿受傷，鞋子報廢，刷都刷不出來，體驗極差
