民宿位於土樓王子景區內，土樓羣中心位置，鬧中取靜。老闆是百年振成樓第四代樓主，燒得一手好菜，美味可靠，國慶中秋和朋友一起住了3晚，2頓晚餐在他家。可以請老闆娘抽空講解振成樓歷史、特色，在他家的一樓茶館喝茶聊天。老闆還擅長花草，滿院花色，九尾狐、三角梅，還有枸杞葉等養生草植。休閑遊總體感覺很好。進民宿要景區門票，可提前確定參觀幾處景區，買合適的聯票。

一次難忘的旅行和入住。永定土樓外婆家民宿老闆夫婦人好，客棧環境好，吃的口味好，有賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，屋外是一個平台，空間很大，可以喝茶、可以觀景、可以晾曬衣服。院裏院外一盆盆鮮花美不勝收，令人心曠神怡。各景點很近，土樓、古樹、小橋、流水，彷彿置身於世外桃源…第二天老闆娘遊姐開車，把我們送到5公裡外的承啟樓景區，免費的哦！來的時候因為時間緊，從龍巖高鐵站打順風車過來，返回龍巖可以到土樓汽車站或承啟樓坐車直達，走國道的班車10元、走高速的15元，關注公眾號龍洲e行去訂票吧。強烈推薦各位旅友入住。

一家開滿三角梅的民宿，環境好 乾淨清新，房東很熱情服務也到位，民宿裏的客家小菜做的也是非常不錯，頓頓光盤。民宿就在景區裏，非常方便，村子真的非常質樸舒適。強烈推薦👍

有院子的民宿別有一番風味，還種滿了綠植，很愜意，自駕可以在老闆娘帶領下進入景區，最重要的是老闆以及家人都非常熱情，幫我們登上振成樓以及講解了關於它的歷史，剛好遇上有空房還幫我免費升級了，謝謝老闆，對了，老闆炒的菜很好吃，下次有機會還要再入住

從雲水遙景區順風車來，發現這邊更安靜，原計劃住一天，因為風景環境好，又多住了一天🤭，我是先去了土樓王，然後來了土樓王子景區，民宿很温馨很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘很熱情，超級好評這次一個人來的，下次一定要帶家裡人來，因為景區沒逛完，老闆還貼心的幫我把行李送到了景區出口的保安亭，然後我一個人慢慢逛，在景區門口對面50米就有去龍巖和永定的車次，老闆還提前幫我問了時間怕我錯過車，nice有温度又乾淨，期待老闆生意興隆！下面是彩蛋，一點小tips，希望可以就給自由行有需要的夥伴：
1.個人感覺雲水遙人更多，商業氛圍更濃一點，我是先看了永定土樓王在半山腰上面一點，因為感覺周邊衹有幾個建築，其他就沒啥了，所以來了王子土樓景區，土樓王子景區偏山下一點，感覺這裏更安靜，我個人更喜歡這裏；
2.景區內有可以租的單獨電瓶車和買票的觀光車，感覺慢悠悠逛很方便
3.景區有個集中早市攤位，起的早的小夥伴可以逛逛，強烈推薦陽記酒廠河對面的賣百香果的阿姨的果子，小的3，大的5都是斤超級好吃，希望阿姨火起來生意好一點，但也希望阿姨火了以後千萬別漲價🤭
4.村裡景區各食雜店等關門比較早，對於夜貓子的我來説，感覺22.00後就沒啥店鋪開了，也買不到東西，所以大家一定提前準備一點零食，以備不時之需哈哈
5.感覺這裏風景很贊，民宿很乾凈，圖片附龍巖，永定班車🚌希望可以幫到有需要的小夥伴，好像永定客車站9月以後有來回廣東梅州到永定的，如果有廣東朋友來玩好像更方便了，嘿嘿😁 最後的最後，希望老闆生意興隆，下次再來👋

家人們！挖到寶啦✨ 剛從這家民宿退房，必須來誇誇！位置就在景區裏，玩累了回住處超方便，還有專屬停車場，自駕黨狂喜🚗
房間佈置温馨，床品乾淨又軟和，大窗户直麪自然風光，早上被陽光和鳥鳴喚醒，幸福感拉滿🌿 衞生間也整潔，設施好用。

老闆態度不錯，有問必答，但實事求是，確實體驗感有點差。
兩大兩小本着找個兩張大一點的床，大一點的房間，離景區近一點，但這房間跟攜程放的圖片可以説毫無關係了。
廁所太小了，貼着馬桶在洗澡，給小孩洗澡，也一直在碰馬桶。
可以接受有蚊蟲，但接受不了照騙。
雖然牙杯我們不用，但也不能這麼臟吧。
馬桶圈也是鬆動的。
花傘一轉過來，還有上位客人的泡泡幹在上面。
確實有點無語了。
