"This was a truly terrible experience, awful in every way. We booked two family rooms, which cost over a thousand [currency unit]. In the middle of the night, the AC stopped cooling, and all four kids in our two families were so hot they couldn't sleep. We had to open our room doors and walk into the hallway just to feel a bit of coolness. It was 00:41 AM, and it was so bad. We didn't dare try to switch hotels at that point, but we honestly wanted to. I've stayed at four or five of the Baisheng hotels in Xiamen, and they've all been great. But this one in Longyan? It was worse than a motel. It feels like the hotel was trying to save on electricity by turning off the central air conditioning. Honestly, it's just bizarre and ridiculous."

"Overall, the experience was good, with the service being a big plus. I hope the bathroom details can be improved. This time, I stayed with friends in a twin suite. The room was quite spacious, making it convenient for a family trip. The service deserves praise: the front desk and staff were very friendly and responded to WeChat messages promptly. Any requests (like needing extra bottles of water) were met immediately, making us feel very safe. The only drawback was the bathroom: the water barrier design was flawed, causing water to overflow during showers, soaking the entire bathroom floor and making it easy to slip and fall, slightly detracting from the experience. I suggest the hotel improve the water barrier or adjust the floor slope to enhance the bathroom's usability. Other aspects were quite good. If this minor bathroom issue can be resolved, I would consider staying here again."

Upon arrival, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. On a rainy day, a security guard even met me with an umbrella. What truly impressed me was that the room was equipped with smart devices throughout, offering immense convenience. It's genuinely rare to find a hotel in this city that offers such outstanding value for money at this price point. Highly, highly recommend!"

Living here gives away tickets to the scenic area, which makes me more intuitively feel the difficulty of the protection and transformation of a Tulou. Compared with traditional hotels where I only stay for one night, this B&B brings me more experience-oriented things, which is good."

"Let me tell you why I give it 1 point: 1. The whole lobby is so big and grand, but there is only one sofa for multiple people at the front desk 2. If you forget to bring your ID card, you are not allowed to check in. You can't use the electronic ID card on WeChat or Alipay. You have to go to the police station to get a certificate (this is a bad review for the Longyan Municipal Government) 3. There are no children's slippers and toothbrushes for the price of more than 400, which is not friendly to children 4. There is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom, which is a safety hazard for the elderly and children to take a bath 5. A deposit of 400 is required for check-in, which is not a good experience. Now high and low hotels basically don't charge it 6. There are two bottles of drinking water in the room, and the other four bottles need to be paid. I can't think of a few bottles of water for a room at this price. . . 7. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the yogurt machine experience is too bad. It took a long time to get half a cup 8. The hot milk is filled by a machine. When a glass cup is filled with a cup of hot milk, the cup is too hot. You waiters should try it yourself The room is large, the location is good, and the parking is convenient!"

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner."
