前台服務態度差。建議老闆找一個文化素質高一點的人員，不要找些老阿姨當前台，沒什麼文化，囉囉嗦嗦，事情辦不清楚，交代一個事情半天都難溝通。效率太慢，浪費客户時間

設施：熱水器不如你家 兩個人還不夠洗
衞生：黴味熏天 有蚊子🦟
環境：就那樣
服務： 開了門第一時間就不想住 前台沒想商量退房方案 哪怕自己吃虧也不行 住了一小時果斷走了

房間都是全新裝修的，環境很好，位於市中心，吃飯非常方便，停車也方便，房間非常寬大，設備設施齊全，衞生很乾凈，服務周到，是出差、旅遊的好位置，夜景特別美！值得推薦！

注意避大坑！！！！入住之前諮詢過停車收費問題，前台客服告知可代購24小時停車券24元期間隨意進出。第一天11.50停車，第一天22.15返回酒店停車，第二天14.05要出閘機顯示需要再交費50元。這時前台客服告知需要再交24買券。這是什麼操作？？？我可以單獨付款超時3小時的停車費，為什麼一定要買券？？該酒店推卸責任，未説明停車收費標準，讓住店客人承擔損失。這種不負責任的酒店，最基本的服務意識都沒有，是我住過最最糟糕的體驗，人生第一個住店差評就獻給它了。

房間地理位置十分方便，前台服務態度也不錯。
設施：一般。電路狀態差。每天晚上都會有數不清的自動斷電，全屋漆黑，又自動回覆。斷電再來電後電視關掉、空調停了。床上的被子太厚，不用空調太熱，斷電要起床重啟。整個夜裡無法安睡，很不好的入住體驗。不推薦入住
