性價比可以，雖然是農家客棧，但是搞得還算乾淨，房間也夠大，衞生狀況也還好，靠近牌坊，就在振興樓對面，離汽車站很近。

該客棧就在景區門口三十米遠的大路邊，很容易就找到了，這是一個小型的客棧，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨整潔，衞浴配套齊全。客棧門口的對面就有一座大型的土樓，很漂亮，尤其是夜晚，土樓開燈後，很美，土樓裏晚上有節目表演，有幸看到了燃放的禮花，很開心。老闆很熱情也很熱心，他們店裡還有餐飲服務，在他家住了一天，三頓飯都在他家吃，做的味道很好，有家的感覺。
這家客棧交通方便，經濟實惠，服務周到，值得信賴，給五星好評！

客棧的位置很不錯，正對面就是一個老闆説是500年的土樓，窗户看出去可以看到兩座土樓，夜景真美，老闆做的客家菜可口，房間也是乾淨整潔，非常推薦

老闆夫婦非常和藹，會廣東話，交談甚歡，房費不貴，房間寬敞乾淨安靜，老闆還準備了在蹲廁上安放了活動馬桶，非常適合老年人。老闆娘做得一手好菜，菜價實惠，土雞是名副其實的放養走地雞，雞味十足，與當地葯材煨湯最適補虛勞，全部湯都喝光，老闆娘還專門等我們一段時間再給我們熱湯。非常和藹和照顧周到。這真是一家名副其實的“客來歡”客棧，到永定土樓旅遊，我衹向大家推薦這一家。
