The 3-day, 2-night accommodation package I bought on the platform. The hotel is located between a sugarcane forest and mountains in Tianqin Zhuangzhai, Longzhou. It has a first-class environment and large rooms. It is an ideal choice for leisure and vacation. The hotel provides free tours, such as sugarcane field bicycle riding, hiking, lake tours, visiting Tianqin, Zhuangjin Museum, and learning about local cultural characteristics and revolutionary history. When you are tired, have a cup of Vietnamese coffee or cold brew coffee in the cafe, read a book in the bookstore, and enjoy the Tianqin performance after dinner... It is only about 1 to 2 hours to drive to the scenic spots near the frontier, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, it coincided with the drought that has not been seen in decades. The water in the lake was almost dry, and I couldn't go boating on the lake. It was a little regrettable. I especially want to praise the hotel service. The small farmer girl received us carefully throughout the whole process, patiently and meticulously, and provided various guidance in a timely manner, making people feel at home.

The environment is very good, including the road from the highway to the hotel, which is also very beautiful. I chose this place because it is far away from popular scenic spots. I just want to be quiet. It really meets my needs! Sugarcane fields + mountains in the distance + distinctive buildings are really like a picture scroll! In addition, there is a small scenic spot of Tianqin Zhuangzhai here. If it is a flood season, there will be waterfalls. The hotel is integrated with nature and the local culture of Longzhou. There are activities on the lawn at night, folk music movies, etc., which are also very rich! Bring the dog to play ball on the lawn, and the dog is also very happy😊 This time the time is a bit rushed, looking forward to coming here to relax next time when it is not a holiday! There are also Longzhou Tianqin and Zhuangjin Cultural Center in the hotel. It should have just been renovated, and many facilities have not been perfected. For example, there should be some music in the Tianqin Hall, which will make it more atmospheric! However, the introduction of Longzhou culture in the hotel really aroused my interest in Longzhou. I didn’t arrange free time this time, so I can only come back to experience it next time! The housekeeper Tiantian was very considerate and did her best to provide me with information and arrange activities. It was not easy to do so during such a busy time of May Day! 👍 The newly opened hotel still has some room for improvement. I look forward to experiencing it again next time when it is not a long holiday, because the scenery is really beautiful.

The most important hotel for this trip, I came here because of its reputation, it feels like a vacation, the room looks out to the sugarcane forest, very, very beautiful. The housekeeper Luo Luo is very enthusiastic, the service is very timely and attentive! Thumbs up!

The hotel is relatively new and the hardware is also good. The attitude of the housekeeper Tiantian and the service staff are very good, but there is still room for improvement in process and management. Some facilities are not open, such as the children's playground. There are also certain communication problems in the connection of the scenic area service content supporting the hotel. I think the problem in this regard is mainly due to the lack of staff and insufficient training of hotel service staff. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I hope that the hotel can be equipped with more service staff. The existing staff is obviously struggling during the Golden Week holiday. The attitude of the service staff is very satisfactory under this intensity.
