Clean hotel, comfortable bed, and everything more than adequate. Very friendly staff and centrally located. You couldn't ask for more.

We arrived around 10am, but they were able to prepare our room right away, which was very helpful. They also arranged a round-trip taxi to Altamira Caves at our request. The caves were the reason we visited Santander, and we had been wondering how to get there, but thanks to their help, it was a wonderful experience. There are many fashionable clothing stores within walking distance of the hotel. If you have time, it's also nice to take a walk to the port. We had a wonderful day and fell in love with Santander.
