首先，我定的房間，在8-10成功，到酒店後，幫我開的房間卻在5樓，我詢問，給我的迴應是，8-10層的房型已經沒有了，可是我定的就是那個房型。選擇影視酒店，是想好好休息，看看電視，但是，看電視竟然要錢，隨便點一個，都需要錢，12塊打底，而且一個電視十幾塊（見圖4圖5），買了就衹能看這個。我聯繫前台，前台找了保潔阿姨過來，阿姨搞不定，又找了另一個阿姨過來，搞了很久，依舊搞不定（見圖8），我找前台，前台和阿姨一唱一和，義正言辭的説，是這樣的，看電視就是要收費的，我們家就是這樣的。我心想，我定的時候，就是看中這個會員免費點播權益啊（圖3），結果他們説，衹能看免費的，那些免費的，就幾個，從未聽過的低分電視。見我人少，幾個人一唱一和，説沒辦法，你要投訴就投訴，要退房退房，這麼晚了，我去哪裡找另外一家，真厲害。我勢弱，不爭，那就看免費的吧，誰知，看了十幾分鍾，顯示設備過熱，自動關機（見圖9）開機後，依舊自動關機。大家避避坑吧！

設施：營業不久，相對較新，但是洗漱台鏡子燈比較暗
衞生：挺好
環境：樓上有噪音，類似廚房排風扇和腳步的聲音，房間隔音不好，也是酒店的通病
服務：還行吧，有上升空間

酒店是新店店長説開了2個月，剛開始擔心新店會不會有味道。所以定了1晚先，後面發現整體都不錯，環境也乾淨，裝修的也很漂亮，也沒啥味道。所以又續了2晚～特別推薦酒店的早餐，雖然説種類不多，但是食材都很新鮮乾淨～廚房阿姨特別好，很熱情。今早本來想吃核桃包但是沒有了，阿姨説幫我在蒸覺得很麻煩所以換成了湯粉，沒想到真的太好吃了～
