We reserved this hotel through T-Mobile, our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel last 6pm (got here around 7pm). Per the sign, they supposedly sent an email with instructions but we only got the email from T-Mobile not from the hotel. The number posted on the wall is not even a working number. I even tried using the phone at the reception desk and it didn’t even go to a legit person or message.

Located 900ml from the sanctuaries, the place is quiet (located next to a cemetery). The apartments are old, worn. All of this deserves to be reconditioned. Friendly welcome. No sound insulation, so it's better to have quiet neighbors.

Now for the rest nothing is right, mediocre room (dirty, stains on the walls, bathroom floor in very poor condition, same sink, damaged bathtub, bedroom curtains full of dust, tapestries in the hotel corridors are not worthy of receiving customers (a shame. The photos on the site are misleading. The staff told me that the work was in progress, now they had said the same thing to friends more than a year ago. Very mixed and the level of quality and cleanliness is alarming! ….!. It is a lack of respect for foreign tourists to be accommodated in these conditions!!! To be downgraded to 1 star!!
