My family stay with Wanxi Hotel has been surprisingly amazing and far exceed our expectation. We were warmly welcomed and farewelled by hotel crew and it really felt like a family. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lu'An with everything in the arm of reach and the service is wonderful and absolutely second to none. We missed our stay and will certainly stay here again in our next trip to Lu'An and wish everyone all the best.

Returning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! 皖西賓館作為一家歷史悠久的老牌五星酒店，真的太棒了！設施：入住的是高級大床房，設施設備非常的古典精緻，房內的紅木傢俱，牀頭櫃的小鬧鐘，包括每間房都有浴缸，並且提供一次性浴缸套（免費）衞生：衞生對於一家五星級酒店來説，這應該是最基本的要求了，沒別的可説，乾淨整潔！服務：這一點是真的要濃墨重彩一下了。首先是坐車抵店，門口保安非常順暢的打開我的車門，自然。其次就是到前台辦理入住的時候有給一杯熱果茶，蠻驚喜的。我行李不多，讓行李員送到電梯口就自己上去了，很熱情。到達房間，首先映入眼簾的是乾淨衞生的房間，其次，暖心的銀耳羹（熱的），歡迎水果（有套保鮮膜），很有當地特色的小禮品，很驚喜！整體住下來感覺很好，皖西賓館老牌酒店確實有自己獨到的地方，推薦！

帶着家人來住的房間，前台美女説給我升級了，感覺很好，房間裏面送了水果，還有銀耳湯，家裡人説味道好極了，房間床很舒服，還有個手寫的提示牌，誠意滿滿的一家酒店，畢竟這個價格，性價比算高的了，還沒有住進來就聯繫了來接我，走的時候也送我了，總體感覺非常划算，大堂媛女士添加了微信，讓我有需要隨時聯繫她，訊息都是秒回的，贊贊贊 o（^▽^）o👍👍👍

服務很好，有接送站服務，從司機到前台服務都很熱情，房間也安排的很高很安靜，裏面設施也都很整潔。細節衞生做的也很好。大堂還有自助茶水台，想喝的都有，在這裏住的很舒心很舒適，還會來的！

六安老牌賓館了，交通便利，環境好，前面是步行街，好多美食，後面是公園池塘，可以飯後散個步，房間設施齊全，服務態度好，早餐非常豐富。和同事凌晨才入住，前台依舊熱情，給免費升級了房間，第二天還送了早餐，太貼心啦！！退房時落下了洗面奶，客房還打電話來告知，回去取的時候在前台等了一會兒，大堂經理怕我無聊專門過來跟我聊了會兒天，還送了我一份伴手禮，真是太周到啦！
