Hotels in Youlan Lanxi Resort, Lu'an

I recently took my family to the You Ran Lanxi Cultural Resort for a relaxing getaway, staying at the Lu'an Lanxi Garden Hotel (two nights in total). Overall, it was a good experience, but there were some areas for improvement. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were well-equipped and clean, and the breakfast was average, nothing particularly noteworthy. The only disappointment was that the Ctrip booking mentioned welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided by the second day. Although I didn't care about these things (I brought my own fruit), it felt like a matter of credibility and service. So, I spoke to the front desk the next day, and they promised to bring it immediately. Unfortunately, it still hadn't been delivered by the time we checked out on the third day. I hope the hotel will improve its service awareness and not let such a small matter affect its reputation.

Very good, quiet and comfortable, ideal choice for business trips, good service from the front desk lady!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the transportation is convenient, the front desk beauty service is very good, the service is intimate and thoughtful, the price is very good, really super cost-effective, the room size is also very large, the first choice for business trips

Advantages: very good hotel, many details, few people, clean, passing by Lu'an overnight for one night, the next day, the rest is very good, the surrounding residential area is very quiet, not noisy, it is fine to sleep with the window open. Insufficient: but there is a little air conditioning is very cold, I don’t know what’s going on. Adjust to a quilt that is cold at 29 degrees.

The room is large, the surrounding environment and facilities are also very good, I live on the high floor and it is very quiet, but the hotel is estimated to be some years old, some facilities are old in the details, overall good

Clean and hygienic, there is a big supermarket at the door

The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is very good. Hygiene needs to be improved. Has the shower in the bathroom not been wiped? It's so dirty that I don't even dare to take a shower. The environment is quite good and everything is good, but the hygiene is not very good. Just because there are few e-sports hotels in Sanshipu, hygiene should not be messed up like this. . . . . .

The room is spacious and the surrounding facilities are complete

The room facilities are very complete, the room is very clean and tidy, the environment is good, the hotel is next to the artificial Shou Lake, the lakeside scenery is very beautiful, after dinner, around the lake, both fitness and can enjoy the night view. The store was very thoughtful (picture 1) The room was equipped with a clothes pole, and the clothes could be hung in front of the air conditioner to dry.

This hotel has a good location, convenient parking, complete facilities, the most important thing is the voice control function of the whole house, the room is comfortable and warm, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the overall feeling of home! The boss is very good!
