Very nice heritage hotel, nearby Wat Xienthong, one of the famous temple. Hotel upgraded my room to suite room with mekong riverview. Hotel also provide the bicycle for free.

A wonderful hotel, close to Wat Xieng Thong, with professional and enthusiastic staff. You can see the Mekong River from the balcony of the room, and the restaurant is also very good. I will stay here again in the next time visiting Luang Prabang.

Fantastic location within walking distance to Morning and Night Markets, River front bars and d restaurants. The room is so clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the cooking classes, we had such a great experience cooking and eating the local dishes.

We spent 2 nights at Victoria Xieng Thong Palace and loved it. Everything was great. Beautiful place. The room was very clean. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Xieng Thong Temple, and right by the Mekhong River. Service was very good. Everyone was very polite and very eager to help. I would highly recommend staying here !

A very good hotel with a sort of historic charm. Rooms are a bit on the dark side but windows open and staff are very kind and helpful! Breakfast is also included!

An unique decorated hotel , although far from major attraction, but the friendly staff always helpful to guide what ever you requested ! Breakfast was not the best , but good enough , the morning breakfast area over looking the mekong river is peacefull and relax ! I will recommend for those who want to have a nice hospitality, choose this hotel !

So convenient location and perfect for my trip!

Great service. I booked a Mekong Suite for two nights. I didn't sleep well on the first night because of mosquitoes and the road. The next day, the supervisor changed us to a duplex and used strong mosquito repellent, which solved all the problems perfectly. I personally think the Victoria Suite is better than the Mekong Suite. When I came back at night, I found an extra bottle of red wine and a small card in the room. The supervisor said that in order to express his apology, he gave us a bottle of red wine and a free breakfast for two. Because we had dinner, we shamelessly continued to eat on the third night, although we checked out on the morning of the third day. The breakfast was great and the dinner did not disappoint.

The staff was very nice, the room was very comfortable, the whole hotel was very atmospheric, wooden structure. The location of the hotel was also very good. The restaurant was delicious both for breakfast and a la carte. Next time I come to Luang Prabang, I will choose Xiangtong Palace again.

On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, the handsome guy at the front desk saw me holding a sleeping child, and quickly checked us in. He also helped us carry our luggage and sent us to the room. Maybe because we booked 4 nights, the room was decorated very warmly in advance~ The hotel used to be a hotel for the Lao royal family to vacation. The hotel is in a good location. Me Kong River is just across the street. There is a coffee shop on the roadside. The coffee is delicious~ It is also very close to the street of Bushi. Starting from the door near the front desk, you can walk to it at one intersection~ Good people good food good price recommended by netizens, just go out from the door near the hotel front desk, turn right and walk for five minutes. The restaurant environment is average, but the price and taste are really good. Many students also go there to eat~ Hotel guests can borrow bicycles for free, and the staff will help you carefully check the condition of the car before picking up the car~ Buckets are placed in each building (Figure 3), you can get drinking water by yourself, and water jugs for washing feet and shoes are placed in the lobby (Figure 4).
