Great location, access with old school keys (not necessarily a bad thing) bathroom getting a bit old, showerhead could do with a clean. The bed is spring but not very supportive. The pillows were good. Overall good for the price. Thank you

The hotel is very nice and located right in the center of Lucca. Checking in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us a map to help us locate points of interest. There are many places to eat and visit nearby.

We had a beautiful little stay in this hotel. We were travelling as a group of 5 and booked a family room and a double. Both rooms were beautifully made up and comfortable. It was great to have a family room that felt spacious and hadn't just stuck in an extra bed. There were lots of lovely touches: bottles of water in the room with a drinking-water tap available in a communal area. There was a coffee machine freely available for use, as well as books and games. The location is incredible... you are inside the wall and just steps away from cafes, bars and shops. Lovely hosts. Sent lots of information in advance to make finding the property as easy as possible. Additionally, really helpful when I wanted to add an additional person after booking. Cannot wait to return ❤️

Beautiful apartment in great location
Beautiful apartment, well laid out for families. Host was very friendly and accommodating and facilities provided were very good. Coffee machine in the common area was a nice touch! Check in was easy and location was perfect was for exploring Lucca. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet property just around the corner from a pizza with places to eat and drink. Nice big room with a great shower. Very central and well-priced for its location. Free coffee from a typical coffee machine and have the use of glasses, bottle opener, plates etc from a little kitchen.
