"Several small inconveniences, of which the property is well aware, including the failure to notify us in advance of the spa's inactivity, have led to a 3-star review. It could have been lower, but the breakfast made up for it. After staying at Villa Fedora, we found the property to be of a completely different standard. We thank you for the kind gift🍾, but we nevertheless believe that a preliminary inspection by the staff before welcoming you is essential to a successful stay. We hope this review will be seen as productive and will lead to improvements in the future."

"Hospitality, helpfulness, kindness, cleanliness... These are generally what you expect when staying somewhere. We found them all in this truly centrally located property, behind Piazza Anfiteatro and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Also noteworthy is the excellent and varied breakfast, which gets your day off to a much better start. My sincere thanks for your company, as this was, and not just, professionalism and expertise. "Loved this property. Couldn’t ask for better with the location. We walked to everything. Lucca is not huge but it was good to be in a spot that was fairly quiet at night. We were there for 4 nights that went over a weekend. There was a bar at the end of the street where a LOT of people gathered and there was noise from there but the minute the window was closed you could not really hear them. It was hot weather but the room was cool even with the windows shut so all good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Anfiteatro where you are spoilt for dining options. Our room, Flora, was big. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good and there is a fridge. The establishment itself is quiet. We couldn’t hear other guests at all. The included breakfast is very good. Plenty to choose from and should suit everyone. It set us up for the day. The only thing we would have liked was having access to make a cup of tea outside of breakfast hours. Not a complaint but it would have been nice. We didn’t have a car so I can’t comment on the parking area but it was an easy taxi ride from Lucca station. The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.we would definitely recommend a stay here."

"A relatively new hotel in the old town of Lucca. Parking is a bit troublesome and you need to park in the unified parking lot at the train station. You can drive to the hotel to pick up your luggage when checking in and out. Remember to register your license plate at the front desk, otherwise you will be ZTL"

"When booking directly via email, I was confirmed with availability for room and breakfast. At check-in, I was told that breakfast was not available. If I had known this before, I certainly would not have booked (zero fairness!). Bathroom with shower that if you get in, turn on the hot water and get out immediately, perhaps the second person can avoid the torture of washing with freezing water! The two stars are for the convenient location to reach the walls in a few minutes on foot."

"Beautiful rooms in a lovely villa (actually several villas) a 15-minute walk from Lucca's center, with friendly staff. Good breakfast and private parking. I would definitely recommend this accommodation."
