"I stayed one night with my partner in this property. Very nice and welcoming location. There is a beautiful garden with chairs and relaxing armchairs. Entering inside the impression is excellent and confirmation is found in the rooms: very clean and warm room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast varies both sweet and savory with pastry croissants, while for hot drinks it is the waitress who prepares them and serves them at the table. The girls at reception and in the bar are very helpful and courteous. It is possible to use the private outdoor parking with a supplement of €10. More than excellent value for money!"

"Very nice place, perfect condition of all facilities! Practically new apartments, with good quality furniture and electrical appliances. Clean and fresh! We had all needed and even more. Totally correspond to photos and description. The value of this apartment is higher than the price. Design and even small items are well organized. Friendly service, helpful owner of the apartments. Parking is directly in front of entrance, always available free places. We enjoyed the stay in this place. Really close to city center to go by foot. In case we will return to Lucca we will definitely choose this apartments again."

"We only spent one night here but enjoyed our stay. Very well trained staff and property was beautiful- we had a great corner room overlooking the squares. Great breakfast- best cappuccino I had in Italy. Check in, luggage handler, wait staff were all exceptional. The room was great. Walking distance from the train station, the walls of the city and the rest of Lucca. So glad we were able to visit!"

"Overall, it's pretty anonymous. The room we were assigned was well-kept and clean. Unfortunately, it faced the street and wasn't soundproofed at all (when I walked in, I thought the window was open). Traffic is constant, even at night, unfortunately!"

"A perfect location in a room with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean and the host (Matteo) was very friendly and helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night. It was very quiet even though there were four of us on the floor. Two of the rooms had a bathroom outside the room, but it was just for us and not difficult to take the 4 steps to the bathroom from the bedroom. In fact, it was a lovely big bathroom, which we wouldn't have had if it were an ensuite. Breakfast voucher could be spent at the local bakery - 2 mins walk away and the choice was good and the food and coffee delicious. All round good experience for us."
