I've been hosted for one week with my family and km we really liked the resort and the friendly service provided by Verónica and Torres. It is a small hotel with a very nice garden and swimming pool in the midle.

La location ha il fascino delle antiche magioni inglesi. Tutto un po' vintage all'interno, ma gradevole. Moquette, parati in stoffa, divani '800, quadri antichi. Se si vuole il tipico hotel moderno lineare e minimalista, questo è il posto sbagliato. Il contesto è invece apprezzato da chi ama l'antico e sorvola un pochino sul "vecchio". Posto silenzioso, con una godibilissima ed ampia piscina esterna, soleggiata, ma attorniata da alberi tra cui due bellissimi banani. La colazione si consuma in un "pavillon" semicircolare primi '900 in vetro, veramente delizioso. Buona anche la colazione e gentilissimo il servizio. Per un gradevole e rilassante tuffo nel passato -e nella piscina- (anche perché il wifi non è proprio performante 😉) è veramente consigliato. Anche uno spritz a bordo piscina può essere richiesto tra i servizi 😉❤️ Parcheggio a volontà.

Resort consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Lucca, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Lo villa è meravigliosa, le camere sono pulite e con uno stile antico stupendo. La posizione è a pochissimi minuti dal centro quindi comodissima. Alzano il livello la piscina e il verde che circonda il resort. Menzione speciale per il ristorante. Bravi tutti, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Mini vacanza di due giorni prima di partire per la Sardegna. Primo appunto ,manca la segnaletica , difficile trovarlo .. Villa molto bella ma manca un po’ di manutenzione esterna ed interna e’un peccato perché ha del potenziale. Staff molto cortese ma non basta. Ho apprezzato la storicità del posto ma da sola non basta. Al ristorante si notava poca cura ( lampade con ragnatele ) il cibo era buono ma eravamo gli unici clienti, se posso consiglierei un po’ di musica di sottofondo . Sembra un po’ abbandonato , sicuramente con una bella manutenzione può riprendere vita ! Il personale gentile ma non basta . Alcuni dettagli veramente vecchi non vintage . Il coprisoffitto in tessuto ok ma vanno puliti perché con la luce si vede attraverso.. La posizione e’comoda per visitare Lucca e Pisa. Grande potenziale ,speriamo in futuro si riprenda il vecchio splendore!

Per un viaggio d'affari, l'azienda prenota delle stanze in questa struttura (l'unica struttura disponibile durante Lucca Comics). Arrivando dalla strada, la struttura non è segnalata. Ci abbiamo messo 10 minuti a trovarla. Appena entrati vediamo la piscina ormai diventa uno stagno. L'interno dell'hotel ha uno stile molto vecchio (carta da pareti e moquette ovunque). L'ascensore è molto vecchio, si chiude a fatica e le pareti sono coperte di moquette. In bagno c'era una macchia gialla sul pavimento. La scarico della doccia era intasato. Il phon a parete me lo aspetto in un'altra tipologia di strutture. Da un 5 stelle mi aspetto molto ma molto di meglio. Sicuramente non vale 5 stelle, ma forse 2.
