The staff is very nice, maybe the hotel is too old. The carpet is a bit dark. The first time the room smelled a lot of smoke, the second time I changed it was okay, I had to open the window and open the air conditioner for a period of time before it could be used.

衹能説是非常無語！！一開始看別的點評，説有蟑螂我還不信，我覺得都是偶然嘛，沒想到，我竟然也遇上！！一衹德國小蠊一直在放電話的那個牀頭櫃那裡爬來爬去我幹，我真的吐了，剛入住然後赤腳在地板上踩一踩，還感覺有沙。
當時看到他覺得離客運站非常近，又發現附近的那個維也納可能是冒牌的，就選擇了這一家，沒想到衞生條件如此差勁太失望了。入住的時候下面是ktv，晚上沒有兩點是停不下來的，非常的吵！附近的玄武山大酒店下面也是ktv，人家隔音好，根本都沒什麼吵鬧。我去的時候外面還在裝修，很雜亂，像穿過建築工地進房間一樣。房間裏面有蟑螂就不説了，兩個床頭的燈是壞的，在屋中間根本沒有燈，所有燈光打開屋內依然很昏暗，更離譜的是浴室裏麪拖動的玻璃門不見了，這還叫獨立淋浴間嗎？
總而言之是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一
