What a disappointment. Booked for 3 but only 2 beds were with cover and pillow. Virtual business must be great to make money. No need to answer questions, assist, fix things if you don't bother to care. I'm a super host with airbnb myself and would never treat my guest this way. Lousy host. The problem with the 3rd bedding was eventually solved after a lot of hastle, thanks airbnb. By the way, I fixed the squeeky bathroom door. There was no signal for the TV. Maybe a good idea if you showed up every now and then to have a look, read your customers notes (coffee machine out of order for card payment) etc. I normally don't give bad reviews. Normally people care and even if a room is simple, it's the hospitality one feels. Not this time. All I feel is that somebody wants to make money. There is certainly room to improve.
