It was clean and friendly. The hotel os close to everything nut the view was not so great and the breakfast options was from a very tiny table and only chinese food.

很差，設施也很老，不乾淨，不知道那麼多的評價是怎麼來的，衞生間很臭。窗簾也不遮光，所謂的果盤就是黃瓜和小西紅柿還有牛奶。從來不給評價，懶得評，但這個四百多真的不值。建議大家住近幾年開業的酒店，避坑吧

怎麼説呢，一個掛牌四星的酒店，衹有服務是達標的，甚至是過度服務了。本來不想寫的，但真的配不上掛牌四星。首先，淋雨房是後改的（別問我是怎麼知道的，因為這個80年代的裝修基本都是浴缸），但改的人沒用腦子，門朝離開，我要先進去，再開門，才能進淋浴房，那出來呢，讓我直接踩地上？其次，牀頭櫃的USB接口是個擺設，擺設，擺設，完全充不進電。第三，位置較偏，外面基本沒有吃飯的地方，酒店餐廳偏貴。這些已經沒辦法改了，讓他去。現在説説他不配四星的，房間沒有打掃乾淨，床底下有瓜子殼，很明顯，阿姨沒看見，查房的也沒看見。服務指南里有別人寫過的紙，還好內容沒啥，用過的地鐵，阿姨沒看見，也沒補全，主管查房也沒看見。我果然視力很好。停車場沒人管，至少中午沒人管，有三輪車停在車位上。退房的時候，小姑娘賬盤不清，一個領導樣子的人來了接着和他一起盤，我站在後麪是不存在嘛？我走的時候表示不是很滿意，差點沒走成，前台那個領導樣子的小姐姐拉着我的車門不讓我在，幾個意思？害怕！不寫了，再寫下去估計要全員批鬥了。還有，不要再打電話給我了，也別再發消息了，我也不會再去了，放心！

很少對酒店進行點評，這次入住頤君酒店真的非常滿意👍，訂之前就看過評論了，沒想到真的是這樣，第一，位置相當好，出了酒店就是地鐵2號線，做高鐵來的一定要選擇這個酒店，出行太方便了。第二，酒店免費使用的東西真的不少，以往別的酒店就衹贈兩瓶水，他家真的實惠，免費用一桶，省去了再買桶水的操作，電動牙刷，桃木梳，每日小點心果盤都是免費贈送，尤其是服務員不僅贈送了泡腳葯包，還給我家小朋友洗了襪子，真的服務員的服務沒得説了，連我家小朋友都説必須要給5🌟好評，服務太周到了，還送了貼心的薑糖水，離店後還送了伴手禮，酒店服務真心不錯。第三，衞生條件也很不錯，刷新了我對老牌酒店的認知，床睡的很舒服，被子適中，不薄不厚，傢俱裝潢屬於老牌，但衞生打理的很乾凈，這就讓入住的人很心安，遙控器有一次性包裝，馬桶也贈了馬桶墊套。下次如果還來洛陽，一定再選擇這家酒店。

酒店位置好，門口就是地鐵站和公交站，到各個景點都可直達，去龍門石窟打車7元錢。房間乾淨整潔，無異味還放了薰香味道很好聞，床墊也很舒適。遙控器都是消毒並加密封袋，還有電動牙刷和小木梳。房間裏的桶裝水、礦泉水和茶飲都是免費的，每天還送水果、酸奶和小零食。服務更是超棒！禮貌周到熱情，入住當天我們剛到大門口，大堂服務員就到門外迎接，搶着幫我們拿行李，帶我們到前台辦手續，前台小姐姐給我們紅棗薑糖水，每個身份證還給加上塑料套，客房主管格子知道我們要去爬山還帶着長者給我們找了登山棍，回來還給了泡腳盆和料包、消毒浴巾和搓澡巾，退房還給了洛陽的牡丹鮮花餅。感謝頤君酒店及所有員工，你們細緻入微的服務讓我們愛上了洛陽這座城市，再來洛陽一定還住頤君酒店。

淋浴間的花灑水非常非常小…頭髮都沾不濕，洗個頭洗了快半小時，洗手枱的水龍頭跟尿不盡一樣，關完要過四五秒才會關上，最煩的就是窗簾不遮光，早上五點多被亮醒，果斷退房換酒店。服務態度還行但是設施真的太差了，淋浴間的沐浴露都是什麼廣州生產的雜牌沐浴露還寫很多阿拉伯文裝洋玩意，，洗完澡身上滑溜溜的超級難受，淋浴間的地板也是黃黃的跟被尿液泡過一樣，所有的用品都是小作坊生產的，那個電動牙刷都是用塑料廢料製作的，刷一下震得腦袋疼。還用藍月亮的洗手液罐子裝的雜牌的綠不拉幾的雜牌洗手液。

為了牡丹來到洛陽，有了一次温馨的入住體驗。酒店的邊上就有地鐵站，出行非常方便。工作人員的服務很到位，從領班到普通的員工都很盡業，讓人有家的感覺。一樓的餐廳很贊，真的是五星的味道，三星的價格。
