前台經理很棒，細節照顧周到。離行前還給我們準備了特產鮮花餅。因為下雨，給我們講解了洛陽的天氣和人文地理，雨天適合怎麼玩。房間乾淨衞生，準備的茶飲也有很多種，有小冰箱很方便。電梯是和商務樓一體的，稍有些不方便。酒店本身一如既往。

這次到洛陽看牡丹，選擇洛龍區全季酒店市政府店
環境：在寶龍廣場C區，離龍門高鐵站，洛陽博物館和隋唐植物園都很近
服務：最要表揚的就是服務，每一位前台態度都非常非常好，主動，熱情，地下停車場，停車費是酒店幫忙出，加管家微信，發車牌號就行。
衞生：做的很乾凈，提供的用品也很好
酒店大堂也有全季酒店洗浴產品可以買，還有牡丹餅等。酒店大堂還有自助冰淇淋機，每天都是不同口味，抹茶，草莓等 好吃。大堂水果，點心，隨時提供。
早餐，在一樓，雖然餐廳不大，但是品種還是能滿足不同人羣，不同口味，我覺得性價比很高，保潔師傅收桌子也很及時。
唯一不足就是電梯是和公寓其他樓層共用，這個有點不友好。
設施：房間小愛同學，可以幫忙開窗，開電視，關燈，太方便了，馬桶也是智能的，很好。
