1月6日到瀘州，從機場到酒店很快。可是，網約車司機不進酒店，説衹要進酒店就要收費10元。我衹好提着行李從馬路邊走到裏面的酒店。房間設施很好，衞生也不錯。環境優美。前台服務和客服服務都非常好。7號下雨，外出約網約車，所有網約車都不進酒店來，衹要進來就收費10元。衹好冒雨走到路邊上車，回來也是同樣。要搞好一個酒店需要千方百計細緻入微的經營管理。可以，如果網約車和私家車來接送客人都要收費，即便是要提前到前台登記，是不是一個搞好酒店經營積極的辦法呢？即便是在北京上海廣州香港澳門也都是千方百計的方便接送客人出行的車輛，不會這樣收費。不知道酒店的管理者是否可以看到這個訊息。

房間總體還可以，但和想象的五星級賓館房間差距有點大，早餐也豐盛。本來辦理入住時服務人員是很熱情的，倍受感動，心中還想着給個好評，但晚上洗澡時在浴室被水龍頭開關碰傷了頭，出了一些血，下樓去問服務員附近有沒有葯店，服務人員不冷不熱的，多的也不問一下，説明酒店在應急管理和客户服務方面有欠缺。
