"The room exceeded my expectations, and its location was convenient and easy to find. The room was spacious and even provided a wooden tub, stool, and foot bath packets – very effective and relaxing! Disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers were also provided! The presence of a makeup mirror was very helpful for women who need to apply makeup! Breakfast was simple, but the noodle soup and rice noodles were delicious. One thing to note is that the shower head in the bathroom was broken; I recommend checking the facilities regularly! Overall, a very satisfactory stay."

"1️⃣ There were two receptionists at check-in. One was very attentive, communicating with the lady next to her about check-in procedures. The receptionist I was assigned didn't say a word to me the entire time, and was completely cold. 2️⃣ The elevators were very old. There seemed to be many, but some didn't stop. During the National Day holiday, it was crowded, and you had to wait at least ten minutes to go up or down a floor. 3️⃣ I arrived early at 3 PM and was assigned a last room. Okay, I won't say anything, but this room was interesting. The lights outside other rooms turned on after everyone else checked in, but the light sign outside our room wasn't working and wasn't fixed. Before I even got up in the morning, the cleaning lady thought no one was in the room and just swiped her card to enter. Luckily, there was a hallway, otherwise, wouldn't everyone have been seen naked? Okay, once is one thing, but around 11 AM, just as I was getting ready to leave, the cleaning lady suddenly swiped her card and entered without any warning. It scared me to death! Did I break some kind of law? 4️⃣ Twice in a row, my door was inexplicably broken into. Frustrated, I called the front desk (the number was on the bedside table). The first call went unanswered. After trying another number, I explained the situation, but the front desk staff were completely unmoved, offering no apology. They simply said, "I'll check for you," and hung up. For the next half hour before checkout, I waited for a response, but even today, October 9th, I haven't heard back. They didn't say a word when I checked out. Unbelievable! Big hotels bully their customers. Good hotels should be like this. Excellent! 👍 A real honor for Luzhou! During the seven-day National Day holiday, I stayed in a different hotel every day, and this was the most outrageous one. Avoid this hotel! Those who enjoy being treated coldly are in luck! Those who like being ignored are lucky! Stay here, and the front desk won't say a word to you!"

"Staying in Luzhou during a road trip, the hotel's location was quite good, and the service was attentive. However, the shower and toilet share a single door, which allows water from the shower to flow into the restroom – this definitely needs improvement. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and parking spaces were scarce."

"I've been there several times, and each time it's been a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. This time, because I couldn't book a king-size bed, I asked Xiao Huang at the front desk for help. They managed to turn the double beds into a super king-size bed, which was a great touch. I recommend this when there are no king-size beds available, unlike other hotels where the beds can't be moved! Also, I woke up late and asked the lovely Xiao Huang at the front desk again to extend my check-out time to 2 PM. It was truly a thoughtful touch!"

"Very disappointed with the hotel. First, when we checked in, we asked the waiter in the lobby for help with our luggage. The waiter said he was busy and did not help us, and did not contact other waiters for help. Secondly, when we entered the room, we saw large patches of yellow dirt on the tiles on the bathroom wall, which really made us doubt whether the room was cleaned seriously. Finally, because we were concerned about the hygiene of the hotel, we took a shower in disposable slippers, and then asked the waiter to bring us two pairs of disposable slippers. As a result, we were given two pairs of used slippers with stains on the soles. Although we informed the front desk later and they replaced them for us, this behavior was simply too unacceptable. I hope the hotel will improve its service quality in the future, otherwise it will be detrimental to the hotel's future development."

There was no pungent aromatherapy upon entering, the public areas were quiet and clean, the bedding in the room was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness – I slept very well that night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk service was gentle and considerate, not overly intrusive, and responded quickly to any needs. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and transportation, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely choose this place again next time."
