酒店硬件不錯，餐廳服務特別好，有很多帥氣美麗的小哥哥小姐姐。小缺點是房間水很少，打了2次電話也沒送來。mini bar是空的，check in和check out因為攜程的問題，都在大堂等了2個多小時，期間也沒有水喝。下次會考慮專門過來度假。攜程真的是沒法評價，我全款預付過的訂單，到酒店説攜程沒付款，我先付了按金入住，然後打電話給攜程處理，晚上攜程發消息告訴我處理好了，check out時退按金就行。我再次和攜程確認，希望他們核實好，不要再出問題。攜程網上承諾説沒問題。check out時酒店還是説沒收到付款，就這個問題我在大堂待了2、3個小時。期間還得知攜程是發郵件和酒店溝通，就很無語。最後攜程給了500代金券表示歉意。但是我想説我更希望旅行愉快，500元對我也沒有意義，因為這個問題，旅行計劃打亂，本來想退房當天開車到拉巴特還能逛一會，最後到了拉巴特酒店已經下午6點了。

Had an amazing Stay in this hotel , very friendly & professional staff , private beach access , spacious & clean villa …. Everything was on point . Especial thanks to Mrs Rachida & Tarik HK . It’s so far , the best place to be in north of Morocco . Highly recommend it whether with family or friends .

Banyan tree is a perfect place to stay in north of Morocco . It is close to blue city . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The resort team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns thanks to Sana front office manager ,who mad our stay unforgettable 🤩 Thank you tingitana team for your delicious breakfast. Thanks for making our vacation that much better

This hotel is like heaven on earth, the salutation upon arrival, the breathaking structure of the property, the design of the rooms I have never seen before. The Harmony Villa is most probably the best Villa I have ever stayed in! From an amazing super spacious outdoor garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi with so many seating and loungers and a bar or kitchen out side. The walking distance to the beach and main super sized outdoor pool. The spa and massages, hamam and facilities one of the best in the world. For me this was like an 8th Wonder of the World - thank you all 🙏
