Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals. Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here due to Last minute flight cancellations and due to some error my cancellation request didn't go through. Asked the hotel to offer some goodwill for a refund and they flatly refused without any discussion whatsoever. NOT five star service and a disappointng response as I imagine there are not close to full occupancy nowadays and could do with some customer loyalty. A real shame. Consider staying at the other nearby hotels instead.

Extradinary services, best in that hotel area

We spent one night in Kempinski Ishtar the outcome wasn't so great. We won't get back. The service and staff are not very friendly and the food is mediocre. We already put a review with more details on Google. I won't recommand this hotel to my friends or relatives.

Rooms were amazing! Loads of swimming pools! Private access to Dead Sea. Beautiful view, especially during sunset. Breakfast was good. A reasonable variety.

Perfect check-in experience, the arc-shaped infinity pool is connected to the Dead Sea, the view is excellent, the hotel's private beach can float directly on the Dead Sea, and the Dead Sea mud is prepared for smearing, the room has a balcony with a view, and the breakfast is very rich, except that you need to queue up when you check in. Everything was impeccable.

It’s the first time I booked a twin room but didn’t allow the family to stay. I had to book another room or upgrade to a family suite. Usually it’s just an extra person’s fee. I’m speechless. I spent a penny to upgrade to a A family suite without a sea view, the experience is not good. Overall, it's barely there. There's no sign on the road to **hai's private beach, and I can't find the staff to ask. The breakfast is also very average, maybe it is not suitable for the stomach of Chinese people.

When I went to Jordan in September, I stayed at the Dead Sea for the first night. In several international hotels, I finally chose Kempinski. The environment is amazing, the buffet in the morning and evening is very rich. I especially like to watch the sunset from the height of the hotel at dusk, with Jerusalem on the other side, separated by the sea. The hotel is arranged in a split-level arrangement. The hotel lobby is at the top, and you need to go down one layer at a time to get to the room. There is a trail that leads directly to the Dead Sea, and you can feel the Dead Sea floating in the hotel area. The greenery in the hotel is very good, full of bougainvillea, palm trees, and many tropical green plants that cannot be named. It is recommended to go to the outdoor platform to eat when it is not too hot in the morning. Occasionally, birds will fly to grab food, and the whole feeling is very quiet.

The hotel is very beautiful, the environment is very good for vacation
