Nice place, convenient to everything

We loved staying here. Its super clean and perfect for location. The only thing i wouldve liked to see is to having black out curtains instead of a shade. The bigger gaps between the shade and window left an area where people walking past your room could view in. I would also have to say that the shower was the BEST ive ever seen in a hotel. It was gorgeous and huge and with it being all glass, it was spotless! It also had great water pressure. Communication was great too! Keep in mind though, you will not receive an email 24hrs in advance for checking in like it says online. You receive it when your room becomes available. My spouse and I were very pleased with this stay and if we ever get this way again, we will be sure to book here again!

Interesting property. No on sight management. You are suppose to get a confirmation with a parking garage and room code. We did not receive and had to call. Fantastic location for water sports, fishing and shopping.

My biggest gripe was that my checkout time was at 11am. When I left the parking garage designated for the hotel at 7am for breakfast, the garage pass already expired. That meant I couldn't get back in to pack also. Just a heads up, this hotel has no front desk. It's all handled electronically.

There is no front desk to check in, and there is no signage to show or even explain how to get in. So go to the parking garage where the robot lets you in and then you help yourself to room. I’m a bit disappointed in the fact that there is no hospitality left in the hospitality industry. Otherwise the place itself was a nice place to stay.

Virtual checkin did not work. Had to call. Clean but weird noises from attached parking garage. Noises kept me awake all night.

Had a great stay. Great location and clean property. The remote checkin had us a little baffled but Francisco was great and helped us with the checkin. Will be coming back again.
