The customer service is simply great. *********** advertised an City view room and I paid for a city view but Booking instead sent them a reservation for a regular room. They immediately changed my room and promised to follow up with Booking on the mishap. It was a smooth experience with a quick solution. The location is great and in the middle of all the action and you can really feel like a local. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Definitely amazing here again.

整體中規中矩 位置非常好去哪裡都非常的近 但是設施實在是比較雞肋 健身房特別小 服務人員也比較少 但是確實去哪裡玩都方便

너무좋아요! 위치도 좋고 테라스도 이쁘고 다만 화장실 수도물이 조굼 덜티한것같고 드라이기가 좀 자주 망가지지만 다른것들이 다 커버해줍니다!

這個酒店太贊，太爽了，在市區裏，有那麼舒服的酒店，床特別舒服，太棒。早餐實在太豐富，太多多選擇了，還有西班牙油條（和中國油條非常相似）。隔音非常棒。衞生間很暖和，水很大，位置非常棒，非常方便，到處都是有購物的，都有餐廳，太棒。

設施很新，每天送一瓶水，説下亮點
1 電視可以直接手機投屏，這點我很喜歡
2 浴室帶烘乾裝置，內衣襪子第二天就幹了
3 地理位置好，玩了三天都是步行，沒坐過地鐵，邊上兩個大超市，要啥有啥
4房間隔音不錯，睡的很好
5 服務人員很熱情

設施：我們訂的是兩晚，這個酒店衹提供 first day 的礦泉水，無論住多少天，都是衹有一瓶，超過了一支就要加收 4 歐元，太坑爹了，住了那麼多天酒店，還沒遇到過這種，四個城市衹有巴塞隆拿的酒店讓我感覺是 4星級服務

밤늦게 마드리드공항에 도착해서 바로 호텔로 갔습니다.
더블룸을 예약했고 분명 세부사항에(시티뷰)라는 문구와 사진상 측면에 시티뷰를 볼 수있는 창이 있는 사진까지 확인하고 예약했고 그런줄 알고 체크인을 했습니다.
6층으로 배정받았습니다.
6층은 최상층이였고 방에 들어가보니 천청이 아주 높고 천창외에 창이 없더라구요...
4면이 다 벽으로 둘러쌓여있고 천창은 블라인드가 작동이 되는건가 안되는건가 리모콘으로 사용해봐도 전혀 작동 되는것같아 보이지도 않고...
늦게와서 그런방을 준건가 아니면 동양인으라고 인종차별을 당한건가 모르겠습니다.
영어가 유창하지 못해 따지지 못했고 혹시나 리뷰를 보시고 예약 후 체크인을 하신다면
6층 천창이 있는 방말고 시티뷰로 달라고 말씀하세요...
사진은 마치 방옆에 창이 있는 시티뷰처럼 올려놓고 천창에 4면이 벽으로 둘러쌓인 방이라는 설명은ㅇ 전혀없어 정말 실망하고 당황했습니다.
물론 위치는 만족했으니 천창뷰라니...마드리드 흐린하늘만 바라보고 왔습니다;;
