Very satisfied, impeccable. The room is very clean and well soundproofed. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Madrid.

The location is the best! Breakfast is a separate plus - very tasty. We took a deluxe room with a view of the square - windows 10 out of 10. The terrace at the top is also beautiful

Noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Frosted glass windows made the room dark and gloomy. Front desk staff indicated that ******* had not notified them of the VIP perks, but went ahead and provided them after negotiation. The hotel is in a great area. To reach the rooms, you have to go up about 10 steps (3 in front of the hotel; 7 inside); no staff was available to help carrying the luggage during our stay.

Very well located hotel, with a very kind reception desk.

I missed to have a coffee/tea machine in the room, but everything else was just perfect..

Not near by any sightseeing spots, but very close to the metro station. Sanitation is barely ok, but can’t say it’s very satisfying.

The room is too small (even though it is European), but other parts are okay.

Great hotel very well located. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely book again for our next trip to Madrid. The only but I’d mention is that the roof top terrace was closed the two times we tried to access it.

Not bad. The room is too small. It feels a bit unsafe to sleep directly next to the window.
