The place itself is ok, it’s large and maintained well. The rooms are tiny, the service is mediocre, the staff does not care much and we need to keep asking for everything. No mini bar, bugs in room, no high tea or any event for that matter. Better avoid.

Exceptional Service by Sejal – Made Our Stay Memorable! We recently stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC, Palm Beach, and had a truly wonderful experience — thanks in large part to Sejal at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm and professional demeanor. Sejal went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and that all our needs were taken care of during the stay. She was attentive, courteous, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made a big difference in our overall experience. Kudos to the hotel for having such dedicated staff. Thank you, Sejal, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beach with my wife from September 8–10, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location of the property is excellent—set right by a clean and quiet beach with security present, which made us feel very safe. We especially enjoyed the mornings and evenings by the water, watching the sunrise and sunset. The beachside restaurant was the highlight for me—I spent hours enjoying dinner there with friends and family, with the sea breeze and sound of the waves making it truly memorable. Check-in was seamless. I had booked through *******, and everything went smoothly with documentation. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and I was even offered an upgrade. We stayed in a garden bungalow, which was comfortable and nicely maintained. The spa service was another highlight—my wife and I both booked treatments, and Reni, the masseuse, was excellent and very professional. We really appreciated the experience. The food overall was decent. I actually enjoyed the à la carte breakfast on the first day more than the buffet offered the next morning. Meals from the shack and café were enjoyable, though the food in general could be improved to match the quality of the location and service. Since our stay was just after a long weekend, the property was almost empty, which made it even more peaceful. All in all, this is a lovely resort in a beautiful location. The beach access, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service stand out. With a bit of improvement in the food offerings, it could easily be a five-star experience.

This is simply a corporate hotel making money out of its sea view thats it. Everything here is pathetic. My money is completely wasted and i am shocked that how come people reviewed them good on tripadvisor. After paying such hefty amount we get zero facilities, zero amenities and zero service. Food is also ok ok. They spoiled my day by breaking my fenny bottle by mishandling it. Moreover they are so annoying that nobody bothered to even say sorry. After me telling them that you spoilt my mood they are offering me discounts and upgrades. Again the same night resturaunt staff kept me waiting for in room menu for 30 mins and later told me that you can scan the qr code. How pathetic. Then i called their duty manager. Then the whole staff is around us focusing on us only. It gets so annoying at times that we are not looking for any" Ji Hazoori" here. We were just looking for good experience. I dont recommend this to anybody at all. Later on after my complaints they are sending us compliments through cakes, chocolates and suddenly everyone is behaving as if we are vips here, so that i dont put any bad review for them. In name of experience they are charging so much but instead they dont have any sea sittings, Any activities any special experiences. Nothing at all. Spa massage was good but if you look at the spa condition its like going into some cheap spa for massage. Personally speaking they ruined our trip and spoilt our mood. I wont ever come back here. If ITC brand is like this i would suggest they stop hospitality and first learn from oberois, Taj, intercontinental and all. Poor, pathetic condition of room. No hygience, housekeeping zero, smelly towels, insects everywhere, broken furniture. I dont think they even check before making you check in whether the room is in proper state or not. Phone not working properly. Stupid people, only making money. Few people who atleast kept us going - kabeer on front desk, head chef in resturaunt and the guy who handles concierge tall thin guy. Rest all zero Simply making money out of zero property and only because they have view.
