Horrible service, bad hygiene, very badly planned rooms. Rooms has a direct viewnfor PPL who passed so we were on full display not tinted film or plants for privacy. Don't book this ever. Even the blankets were stinking . The the breakfast idli was stale

The location is amazing, away from the crowd of the market yet quite accessible if you have your own vehicle. The property and rooms are both clean but the upholstery and the beddings can use an overhaul. Service is where the property loses the majority of its points. It's patchy at best. There is no room cleaning in case you are living more than a night, so no refill of the coffee/tea tray and it took 4 calls & more than an hour to get them to deliver sachets of coffee. Restaurant service is similarly patchy. No cutlery or napkins on the table. They are left out in the buffet line, like a wedding buffet. I wouldn't have minded it had it not 1250+taxes per meal. At the cost I expect better service . Same can be said for the rooms, at 30% lesser cost, I wouldn't have minded the aged beddings or improper service but the premium they charge deserves better service!!

It was great time to spend small trip at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala For nature lover is the best site to spend holiday or vacation nearby Mumbai and Pune Peacefull climate, clean environment and beautyful view will remains memorable one Will see again Team Upper Deck

Have attended company’s offsite, it is a good place with banquet facility and scenic view. It's a really amazing Resort on the Mountain. Most amazing food I experienced. Good food caring staffs, over all experience fantastic. will come back with the family again Thank You

We drive all the way from Pune to lonavala, once we reach to Upper Deck resort we got suprise by its beauty, road was narrow but once you reach to lonavala you will forget all your stress, it beautiful location with good food and service, staff is helpful.

We stayed in cottage room last week, it was good atmosphere, scenic beauty was mind-blowing, staff was helpful, cottage have beautiful breathtaking view, food is good, for nature love it is the best location near Mumbai and Pune Will come back again

Once we arrived in the resort, we impressed by the wonderful ambience. Our cottage was spacious and beautiful mountain view, in the restaurant Mr. Dhondu gives special attention to take of care of our meals. We have small guided nature trek in the evening which was memorable one..
