The property was well looked after. There housekeeping and the gardeners were constantly involved in the upkeep of the place. The room were well designed, neat and very spacious. At the reception, we had Chelsea and Aradhna, very warm and friendly and they helped us out with details regarding the place. Hannu*** and Raju were very warm and helped us decide about the food and drinks.

As a member of the Alila Diwa Spa's yearly spa program, I consistently enjoy their exceptional service and serene ambiance. The spa offers a thoughtful selection of trea**ents, and I highly recommend their signature massage as well as the therapeutic massage, which is a must-try. Both trea**ents are heavenly, thanks to the skilled therapists and the soothing setting. With impeccable attention to detail, from the music to the scents and cleanliness, each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. It's the perfect luxury escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This is one of my favourite properties, from their rooms to the edge bar and the most favourite is their spa ๐ today I had a wonderful massage by Zuali and absolutely enjoyed it and I am totally relaxed and happy. Keep up the good work and best wishes always ๐๐
