Response from Property: Dear Richy,I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.We have already taken your previous room out of order to address the air conditioning issue. Regarding the room transfer, I regret to inform you that we are indeed fully booked leaving us to being unable to accommodate your request for a room transfer. It was certainly not our intention to make you feel uncomfortable.As I checked with the housekeeping team, our Room Attendants conduct room checks at the beginning of their shift, every 9 AM, to identify rooms requesting make-up service. If there is no "Do Not Disturb" or "Make Up Room" sign displayed, and the guest is staying for more than one night, they typically proceed with cleaning the room. To prevent this from happening again during your future stays with us, I will add a note to your profile. I have also investigated the matter of the un replenished towels. I must be honest that we are experiencing a slight shortage of towels, which has resulted in them being available upon request. Although your towels were replaced the same day, we acknowledge our shortcomings in this regard.As for the towel and some linen stain charges, we have waived them despite the hair dye stains which cannot be removed even with special treatment. We hope this serves as compensation for the inconvenience.Unfortunately, we are unable to process a partial refund at this time. However, we would be happy to offer you a special discount on your next booking when you book directly with us.We value your patronage and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel in the future.
