The room is very big, but a lot of dust at bedside table. Generally the room is OK. The location is very good connected with a shopping mall and near to Malacca River. There is a sky tower view deck at level 42. The night view is also very nice. The breakfast is also OK, serve from 7am to 12noon. Only down side is the lift need to wait for a while as the building are very high with many levels.

Good services, we went on sunday and monday, i heard lot of people talk about the bad lifts, but we do not encountered it during our stay maybe because it was not peak seasons. On top of that, for the price we paid, we really satisfied with the rooms, service and amenities. For breakfast, i could say the nyonya laksa and beef rendang were chef kiss!! lack of varieties, but suit with the price. The hotel location is strategic to the tourist attractions.

Room - The room floor had a lot of dust, and the corners, wardrobe, etc., were not cleaned properly. There were many ants on the walls, and found a few ants on the bed. The bathroom floor and corners of the sink were so mouldy, which was so disgusting
Lift - There are 4 lift in this hotel, but we waited over 30 minutes for the lift. All of the lift is with a security guard inside controlling it, and even if you pressed the button, the lift wouldn't stop on our floor. When we asked the hotel staff, they casually said it was because the "VIP" was visiting, so the lift wouldn’t stop on our floor.
Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and service attitude at this hotel. This is the first time, and also the last time !!!

Apartment is spacious, balcony is useful to chill at in the evening. Everything is provided for in the room.

We had a good stay. The price is reasonable with the service we received. At first we were given a room with Kerosene smell, but the hotel changed the room instantly after I reported it. In the new room, the TV was not function, they came and changed it right away. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was average, no towel provided so bring your towel along. Parking is on Level 7 and 8. Quite closed to Jonker Walk, 15 minutes walk.
