NO INDICATION OF THE HOTEL BEING SWING AND PILLOWS @KLEBANG INSTEAD ALL THE SIGNS SHOW IT IS "MY HOME HOTEL" WHICH ACTUALLY HAVE VERY VERY BAD REVIEWS. NO WONDER THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE NAME. CHECKING IN WAS A NIGHTMARE. THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE CHECK IN DESK, AND WE HAD TO FIND THE NUMBER TO WHATSAPP CALL THEM. THEN THEY STILL DEMANDED RM6 FROM ME (ON TOP OF MY NIGHTLY ROOM PAID TO TRIP.COM) WASTED A LOT OF TIME CALLING THEM, HAVING TO SEND THE MONEY TO THEM THEN ONLY THEY SEND ME THE KEY LOCATION WHICH IS BEHIND THE HOTEL. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF... IN THE MORNING I COULDN'T TAKE MY SHOWER OR EVEN FLUSH THE TOILET. CALLING THEM GOT NO RESULTS, THE LADY ON THE WHATSAPP ASKING ME TO WAIT... TILL AFTER 10AM... FOR THEIR MAINTENANCE TO COME... JUST LEFT. DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO PUT THE KEYS SO I JUST LEFT IT AT THE EMPTY CHECK IN DESK. NONSENSE HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
