The worst hotel that i’ve ever stayed . Very bad service . Doesn’t have the system for check in and ask us if we already WhatsApp the booking voucher to them . There is no instruction that we must WhatsApp them first to get room number and suddenly keep using high note while communicate . What a nightmare . We are not stay for free , we pay for it . How u can spoke to customer like that ? This will be the first and last !

Unsystematic system. Hotel supplies for guests to arrive at any time. We arrived at 2 am but there was no one & the counter door was closed. We had booked but were forced to look for another hotel.
