정말 최악의 숙소입니다. 이런 숙소를 왜 트립닷컴에서 등재를 시키는지 알수 없습니다.
1. Check in 절차를 자동화 해놓고 AI 응답만 반복하고 연락이 되지 않습니다.
2. Check in 대행 프로그램을 쓰는 듯한데 다양한 고객의 상태를 반영하지 못합니다. 특히 whatsapp 을 쓰지 않는 아시아 유저는 너무 힘들고 고된 check in 입니다.
3 최근 바닥시공으로 시트지를 박에 도배하였으나, 접착상태가 매우 불량합니다.
4.사진으로 첨부하듯이 바닫에 접착이 완전치 않아 걸어다닐 때
넘어빌수 있어 수건을 깔아 사용했는데 수건이 더러워졌다고 5유로를 배상비로 청구하고 스스로 결제합니다. 박닥상태는 숙소담당자에게 이미 고지했고 그들도 안다고 했어요

La estancia en el hotel se gestiona a través de una aplicación y no hay ninguna persona de contacto para resolver dudas. El acceso al edificio y a las habitaciones se realiza mediante un enlace, lo cual puede llegar a ser un poco engorroso. El bloque cuenta con cuatro plantas sin ascensor. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, son tranquilas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para alojarse cómodamente.

Leí todos los comentarios y me asuste un poco... El tema del Checkin cierto es que he tenido que contactar con ellos para que me enviaran el email de bienvenida para poder hacer el registro de los que nos instalabamos alli. Una vez hecho te envían otro email con los botones que abren la puerta de entrada y habitacion, todo directamente desde el telefono. Alli hay un codigo QR que se supone que escaneando solo has de seguir los pasos, yo no lo tuve que usar porque ya pude acceder con el email. Todo muy facil y super rapido, nada que ver con los comentarios negativos que habia leido. Si no os llega email, pedirle el email de bienvenida. La habitación Estaba bien, no es un hotel, pero a mi ya me estaba bien para lo que buscaba..el baño perfecto y la habitacion tambien. Hemos dormido bien. Yo contacte con ellos a traves del siguiente email ******************, dándoles num de reserva. Todo bien y perfecto.
