"The hotel is located next to a large park across the river. It is about a 1.5 km walk to the historic center. However, you can also take the bus (line 20 is diagonally opposite the hotel or line 17 is across the park). The hotel is brand new and occupies the first 6 floors of a high-rise apartment building (approximately 35 floors). We received an upgrade to a 2-room studio. Our room (402) was nice and spacious and spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi works excellently. The bed is fine. The bathroom had a nice, spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a handheld shower. The air conditioning worked fine. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, however, is only so-so. Firstly, there is not enough space. The tables are placed extremely close together. And you also have to reserve a time slot in advance (via a QR code). Secondly, the quality of the breakfast items is nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs are inedible. Furthermore, the selection is quite limited. Fortunately, the coffee is good. Breakfast is included in the room rate. But I would say: just separate that. Lower the room rate a bit and simply charge for breakfast. Then the crowds will decrease and you will have more space. Furthermore, improve the quality of the breakfast items. The security is excellent. You can only reach the floor where your room is located. The elevator only serves floors 0 through 6."

"Quite far out from the city centre so not much nearby such as shops. Unable to bring in food and drinks from outside. Charged for the mini bar in the room when leaving but had to have those things out of necessity. Room was very dusty which triggered allergies."
