They were extremely helpful with all information regarding what to do in Malaga and how to get around. Cristina and David were just wonderful! The room was big enough for two. There was plenty of space to hang our clothes and store multiple suitcases. The bathroom was just perfect with an ingenious door that could be used to close the shower and give privacy while using the toilet. I am taking that idea home!! There were plenty of toiletries (shampoos, conditioner, shower gel, hand soup and body lotion) and a strong hairdryer. Do not be put off by the star rating. This is easily a 3 star and the rooms are much bigger than any 3 star hotel in London or NY. Thank you for a great stay"

Only disappointment was thatI booked it specifically for the spa (and I thought having it in the name would be the best) but it only works in certain hours and by booking. This wasn’t made clear on their description of facilities on the app. Having made the booking that same day and after a long travel journey that was highly disappointing. Tried to get a cancellation talking to staff and explaining the situation but they refused saying full fee would be charged anyway. They should really make clear is only a spa for one person at the time. Other than that, nice place."

"The hotel is about a 30-45 minute drive from the airport, with a direct airport bus service. It's also just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travelers arriving by train or plane. The beach and attractions are all within walking distance, so the location is great – quiet yet lively! As an Ibis Budget, it's more basic than a regular Ibis hotel. We stayed in a double room, which was formed by combining two single beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the sink was open-plan. The counter space was a bit small, and the layout was a bit odd; the clothes hanger was by the innermost window, usually it's closer to the door. Another point is that there was no bedside table at all, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no hairdryer in the room; we had to borrow one from reception and return it at checkout. There were no disposable toiletries or slippers, just two paper cups and a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. It's suitable for a short 1-night stay, mainly for its convenient location!"
