Upon arrival the reservation was not there. After contacting customer service, the rooms were filled and we were told that everything was fine.
Unfortunately this was not the case. The air conditioning didn't work in the rooms for days (despite several requests to fix it), and the hot water never arrived.
EVERY evening the power went out and so the pump that draws water didn't work: you can't wash. The boys at the reception (without uniform, identification tags or anything else) are completely disoriented and incapable of giving a concrete response to requests to resolve problems.
Breakfast is another sore point: poor and of very poor quality, with a dirty room, the omelette cooked on a stove which is an understatement to say is encrusted, and with the ingredients that can be added placed on a plate all together in bulk.
The lack of organization and competent management of the place, evidently poorly maintained, is evident at this point.
The worst is reached after 4 days: they tell us that they have not received payment for the rooms because the hotel accounts were created by a manager who has no longer worked for them for 5 years and therefore they cannot access reservations and payments. In an extremely arrogant and arrogant way we are asked to pay for everything again, because they are not at fault and have no intention of doing anything.
Requested a refund and fled to another facility.
