People have mentioned about the location not great,but for one euro you can jump on a bus directly outside hotel which takes you into side,highly recommend just to see sites ,beach location is stunning plenty of things to do at a cost jetsking,paragliding which was amazing felt very well looked after and safe.food cooked to order at beach restaurant,amazing entertainment stage down by the beach,main hotel is stunning to look at plenty of seating area inside& outdoors.cocktails were amazing,food in main restaurant was good beautifully presented and different options each night,there is even a midnight snack availability with a 24 hour bar,weather was fab all in all great holiday 😀

J adore hotel was really clean, the room had a mini fridge that they would top up every day. All in all was a very clean hotel . The food was not great. The buffet food breakfast, lunch, dinner was not good but the beach snack bar was great. Over all was options to eat just have to great the same food everyday . The Italian restaurant was horrible. The entertainment team was great but have to give a shout out to bob himself. He was amazing. It was mine and my sister first holiday away and would aways talk to us and he introduced to new people that we are friends with now . I would honestly call him one of my first he so great, he took us out clubbing, for food and played darts with us. King bob is the best thing in the hotel and probably the only reason I would go back would be to see him .

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and all inclusive really did mean all inclusive. The only downside to the hotel was the food served in the restaurant which wasn't the best and the room service was terrible. We were not sent what we ordered and the guest relations manager was horrible to deal with when we tried to complain. Also on the first day a lot of people come up to you trying to sell you things or get involved with paid activities. However, the animation teams Bob was absolutely fantastic! He made our entire trip, he introduced us to new people and become a friend to us. He also ensured ours and everyone's safety when we went out of the hotel and went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was having a good time. He really is King Bob and we couldn't be more grateful to him. We would visit again purely to see him. Overall we would give it 4 stars, it would have been 3 stars if it wasn't for Bob being amazing!

The hole experience was very good. It was a very clean hotel. It had very friendly staff, good rooms with free mini fridge, and a very nice beach area. However the meal time food was awful. Breakfast, lunch, dinner was terrible. All sloppy oily mess. The snack bar at beach was 10/10 and the pool snack bar was the same. Drinks were good standard through out the time we was there, no complaints there. The hole entertainment team is what made the hole experience special. A big shout out to Bob. He is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to look after us and keep us happy. Took us on a few days out to local clubs and restaurants and made the holiday for us.

Me and my mates stayed here for 10 days, overall had a good time, our beds/rooms were nice/comfy enough and food was alright but thought it could’ve been better, the selection of food overall though was not too bad. However what made our trip was the crew there and more specifically Bob. Bob was by far the best person we met on our holiday, and quite frankly he made our trip what it was. He took us clubbing, gave us places to go, played darts with us, basically everything that we wanted or needed, Bob helped us out. As well as this, because of Bob we met new friends that we hung out with, which was nice especially being there for a decent amount of time. We all genuinely consider Bob as one of our mates and would happily go there again just to see him as we all love him a lot. So to summarise, hotel is pretty decent and everything works just fine, but the legend himself King Bob won over our hearts in Turkey. P.s. Bye Bye Ciao Ciao ;)

First of all, this is going to be an honest review and how we perceived our holiday at this hotel. This is our second visit to Turkey, the first time we went to Oludeniz, but wanted to try a different area. We arrived at the hotel about 11:00pm and there was a crowd of guests in front of us that had arrived on another flight, which we’re having difficulty finding their accommodation ticket. There was a male and female receptionist at the desk, both miserable, unwelcoming and hardly spoke a word of English. I handed our passports over and was given a form to complete requesting all party’s details etc. The male receptionist handed me an envelope from the holiday booking company, inviting us to a welcome meeting the following morning. We were also given a sheet of paper telling us the opening times of the restaurant etc and told the safe was 2 Euros a day. We were taken up to the 3rd floor by a porter who walked so fast, we had difficulty keeping up with him. On entering our room, the porter waited for his tip. We went down to the restaurant for a late night snack which was only some salad, olives, bland rubbery cheese and stale bread. The room was as expected, we’d booked a large family room for 3 with a sea view. The view was to the side of the hotel looking over some wasteland with a tiny view of the sea in the distance. The mini fridge was stocked with small bottles of Fanta, Coke, soda water, cartons of fruit juice and large bottles of water. There was a kettle, paper cups, sachets of coffee and Carnation whitener, but no English tea, just a small selection of fruit teas. The room was spacious and there was plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and cupboards. There were no bath robes as advertised though. There were complimentary small toiletry items in the bathroom, enough towels and plenty of toilet rolls. The main issue we had is that there’s a large window between the bathroom and the main bedroom. The window had an inner glass Venetian blind with the slats stuck on open, so there was no privacy. The little knob that worked the blind was betoken, so we had to fix this before we could adjust the blind for privacy. The hairdryer made a terrible noise and kept cutting out, so fortunately I had brought our own travel hairdryer. The electric shaver socket on the wall in the bathroom was loose too. The beds were firm and comfortable with a thin duvet, but the pillows and bed covers could do with replacing and don’t really represent a 5* hotel. It was relatively quiet during the night after the music stopped at 11:30pm. Our room was cleaned daily and restocked when requested. The morning after arrival, we had a telephone call to the room from the rep asking us to meet him for our departure pick-up times etc. I felt this was a ploy to sell us excursions though. We decided to book a Manavgat river cruise with a visit to the waterfalls and Manavgat market. The cost was £35 each and he wanted us to pay in pounds. We are sorry we went on t
