Such lovely managers of this hotel. It’s not smart, but great value, and the bed was really comfortable. Was kindly shown into a temporary room as I was a little early, it seemed fine to me. He was surprised when I said it was fine, and insisted I have a free breakfast, so maybe the other rooms are smart! Beautiful town with good bars and places to see and eat.

Oppressive owners, the manager of the hotel constantly monitors the comings and goings without indiscretion and the manager is friendly at first but quickly shows his true personality. As soon as I arrived he asked me to pay for my stay, I told him that I usually paid only at the end; I had the impression that he did not trust him and every day he talked to me about the rules. THERE IS NO NEED TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! Very rude to customers on the phone. Perhaps these people should do some reception training because that leaves something to be desired. (In professional high schools, for example, there is a training course called ARCU [Customer and User Relations Welcome], maybe go to open doors, they will welcome you better than at home) For my part, we don't run a hotel if we are not able to welcome customers in good conditions. Make sure to welcome customers because as owners you are the showcase of your hotel, it seems that they were annoyed by my presence. I would definitely not return to this hotel. Thank you See you soon in another life, maybe you will be a little more kind :)

Établissement à taille humaine en centre ville de Coutances, chambres très confortables et rénovées. Très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. Cet endroit est un excellent point de départ pour rayonner dans une région très riche sur le plan touristique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent avec une chambre à 68€ par nuit et un pdj à 8€ par personne. Je recommande très fortement.

Accueil très sympathique et personnalisé. Les chambres sont bien et propres. L’équipement sanitaire très bien et agencé de façon originale : douche wc lavabo séparés par une petite cloison. Le tout au calme. Le petit déjeuner classique et efficace. La soirée étape est une bonne idée pour ceux qui comme moi arrivent un peu épuisés par la route d’autant que le restaurant associé est très recommandable pour un menu simple et bon. A proximité du centre pour ceux qui sont moins fatigués

Hôtel bien situé en centre ville mais au calme. Chambres propres et modernes. Bien équipées. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Supplément de 8€ pour le petit déjeuner et supplément de 4€ pour le frigo. Parking disponible et possibilité à proximité d’avoir accès à un grand parking gratuit.
