check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

Had a great 2 day stay at Piccadilly Premier Inn. Hotel recently refurbished and was clean and very nice. Staff were fantastic, special mention to Oshane who was especially courteous and pleasant. He helped me check in with a smile and a sense of humour (though I did not get the Jacuzzi and free mini bar he joked about)!! Brilliant! Location is very central and the parking right across the street was super convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

A great location to launch yourself anywhere in Manchester, staff are friendly and helpful and for bar service, Oshane is very helpful and provides a service with a great smile 10/10 for Oshane therefore if you hit the time right then look out for this fine young person

Arrived early but wasn’t able to check in, so we placed our luggage in a secure room. I’d paid extra for a twin room with two beds. After exploring Manchester and meeting friends for dinner we checked into the hotel at 2145. Upon entering our room, we had been put in a double room with one bed. This was really disappointing, but we were so tired we didn’t have the energy to try and be moved. In any case, the chances of getting the room we paid for at 2145 on a Saturday night were slim at best. I’d travelled with my son who is 30, so we felt a bit like Eric and Ernie! (For those who remember) We had an early start the next day, so didn’t have the chance to speak to a member of staff. £182 to stay for one night in a room that wasn’t suitable is poor.

Excellent location and close to picadilly. Hotel is very nice however staff let it down - not sure if this is because it is a city centre but they just dont seem to be interested in their guests which is a shame.

This Premier Inn is a very easy location, if you are coming down by the train, 4 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. When arriving I was place in the wrong room, went to reception and was moved rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is a guess room on complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, ironing board, iron and clean towels. 7 minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens and 11 minute walk to Market Street. I really had a good night stay at this Premier Inn, would stay here again.
