I had gone with my family, most of whom are 60+ and my mother who is almost 90 to WelcomHotel. It was a wonderful experience with each cottage having a balcony with an awesome view. The staff were very polite and helpful and we all had a great time.

I am writing to express how pleasant and amazing experience we had while we stayed at ITC Jim Corbett. Off-course the place is amazing as always but the staff is the souls which lights up the experience we have. I was so nicely hosted by Vishal and Naveen ji. They made us feel so much at peace and ensured we relish the best food options like Kumauni Thali. Not forgetting Jaya & Laxmi who worked tirelessly to attend all the folks with such a beautiful smile. I will certainly remember them and will be thankful for being so amazing at what they do. Kudos to the amazing team ! Thanks again !

We spent an excellent stay at ITC Jim Corbett resort, I was there with my family. It was a wonderful experience. Its a great property. We had a warm welcome from Mr. Bikram. Food was mouthwatering. The service was commendable, special mention to Mr. Naveen , he had an amazing charm while taking care of guests. He made sure we felt like royalty throughout our stay. The overall feedback is very positive. I would recommend all to visit. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the extra effort the housekeeping team put in every day to ensure everything was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was a treat! Big thanks to the chef Sohan Singh ji for not just the flavors but also the friendly, thoughtful service. Made our meal really special! Other staff is also helpful . Full marks for location and room space . The view is amazing

One of the best buffet i have had . If u r a food lover u must try this place apart from its serenity , the food itself is a reason to be here . We really enjoyed staying here .. location is beautiful and service it is fantastic .. good staff , the whole team is nice.

We recently visited in this hotel with our family, and it was an absolute delight! The food was truly amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, freshly prepared, and presented beautifully. The service was also top-notch - our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a family dinner. *Rating:* 5/5 stars

Wonderful place, super nice staff,awesome experience. This is a beautiful property admist the hills, we loved every bit of our experience here. Felt welcomed by the Welcom Hotel ITC. Each staff member carries the value of the firm, great work ethics!! I would like to give a shout out for Jaya, Diwas Naveen, Rajendra and Sohan the executive chef. Super couteous and helpful. This stay would not have been possible without Mr. Mark’s help. A genuine and wonderful person. In all we will surely come back again for more!!
