Staff veramente encomiabile per la quasi ******ale attenzione e disponibilità che ha avuto nel nostro breve soggiorno. Ambiente pulito, elegante. Più che buona colazione. In altri hotel ho sperimentato la scrupolosa attenzione alle regole ( orari,costi, etc.) che fanno sentire il cliente un ospite quasi indesiderato. Tutto ciò qui non è avvenuto. Una struttura di alto livello in grado di ricreare comunque un ambiente gradevole e familiare. Sintetizzo.." professionalità ".

Abbiamo soggiornato al BHB Hotel per tre notti, a febbraio. Ci siamo sentiti accolti benissimo dallo staff dell’Hotel. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, ottima colazione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, molta attenzione per la pulizia e molto curato nei particolari. Siamo stati in questo albergo io ed il mio datore di lavoro ed abbiamo prenotato due camere matrimoniali uso singolo, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cordiale, addirittura dopo ho pensato che tutta questa gentilezza era per mitigare l'arcano che poi avremmo scoperto. Un 4 stelle che non aveva frigo bar( era spento) ma addirittura senza nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in camera. La mattina vado per fare la doccia e non usciva l'acqua calda alchè provo a chiamare in reception ma in camera non c'era ombra di telefono, chiamo col mio telefono ed il concierge mi dice che avevano un problema che non avrebbero potuto risolvere in giornata. Scendiamo per la colazione ed i tavoli non era apparecchiati e la colazione che c'era esposta non era nemmeno degna di un b&b figuriamoci per un 4 stelle. Ma in tutto questo il receptionist era mortificato perché oltre al prezzo della camera (105.00 € a camera) aveva prelevato i 2 € per la tassa di soggiorno che il mio datore di lavoro data l'età non avrebbe dovuto pagare. Ora io dico tu puoi non avere il servizio ma non puoi esporre fuori le 4 stelle come specchio per le allodole e farti pagare il mese di dicembre 105.00 € una camera per una persona senza nemmeno l'acqua calda.
