連住了兩晚共5間房，每條評分可能不同，總之在4～4.5分之間吧，畢竟性價比太高了。
（以下內容都一樣）
房間很寬敞，除了第一晚有一間空調壞的，扇了一晚上風扇還是很熱以外，其他都很不錯。第二天看見應該有人去那間房修空調了。地理位置很不錯，背後還有大型農貿市場，樓下的薦棚早餐也是物美價廉，連吃兩天。樓下還有很多共享電頻車停車點，騎電頻車也很方便。

房屋很乾凈，衞生服務很好，很好的住宿體驗，在市中心門做到這樣，價格的酒店是相當不錯的，我也是老住户，來芒市首選他家。有種賓至如歸的感，更難得的是還有，停車位

很不滿意的一次體驗、性價比極低。
1、酒店位置在鬧市區、旁邊就是熙熙攘攘的街道和老社區、酒店建築中間還有一個露天停車場、以及酒店建築旁邊有一條河穿行而過、整體環境很潮濕，很嘈雜很吵，而且蚊子都到爆（打開洗手間的燈，就看到三衹蚊子在裏面飛着…我…）
2、酒店的牆上都有回潮發黴的跡象、整體酒店的設施是比較老舊的、而且衞生條件也不過關、洗手間積水嚴重、洗手間地面打濕之後看出來很多污漬、洗手間的用品已經很破很爛，見圖…
3、前台人員基本沒有服務意識，退房想存一下行李，説不能放收銀台後面（後面明明是空着的、而且住酒店多年我是第一次遇到這種説辭）、所以行李包衹能放收銀台前面側方的玻璃牆角落，這裏其實是屬於開放區域、是不安全的。
最後回去取行李的時候，前台妹子在低頭玩手機跟她打招呼頭都不抬。😄
芒市的旅遊起來了，但是服務態度、能力完全沒跟上…這家酒店不會再住了，謹幫大家排雷。

老酒店了，設施裝修沒有那麼新，但是地理位置優越，房間很大。阿姨每天打掃也很勤快，補給也及時。自帶院子停車場。

酒店就在街道轉角處，沒有電梯，院子裏能停車，但是比較擠。周邊用餐方便，農貿市場就在附近，往樹包塔景區去的路上有個超市，商品比較豐富。

400塊的酒店別太離譜，衞生紙衹有這樣小的一卷。硬質拖鞋沒有，然後紙和拖鞋都要自己買。衞生和設施如圖，基本就是個40塊的小旅館，過節漲價能漲十倍，那服務能不能好點？對芒市印象都不好了…

近芒市廣場，大夏天空調也很給力，這價位裏很算各方麪條件都比較好的，就是有點個問題，沒放拖鞋，洗澡的時候有點不太方便。
