Old & dirty bathroom coffe machines in room & down stairs do not work. Breakfast was slim & out both days. So over priced for what we got & I use to travel for work. Bottom of the barrel.

It was nice. The room had a fridge and a microwave. The bed pedestal needs to be vacuumed. The building is a mess.

Old property. Not clean. Grouchy staff. Worst property I’ve stayed at in a very long time!

No one at front desk so had to make a call to the front desk from the front desk. Lobby doors creaked when opening and the floors were dirty. We booked this hotel because we saw they had a hot tub after our long drive. But seeing the windows between the lobby and y pool area, we decided not to use it. No coffee cups for the coffee and maker that were offered. No hand or face towels. We've booked many times with Quality hotels on our 10 day trip but this one makes us rethink. Didn't use the offered breakfast because of the tidiness of the breakfast area.

When my wife and I entered our room, it appeared clean enough, until I wanted to shower. Room service left us with only ONE soiled bath towel. No washcloths. No hand towels. No other bath towels. I went to the office to get more towels and washcloths. They gave me a washcloth that was soiled and gray (not clean white ) on one of the corners. It was so disgusting I took photos. The coffee maker was restocked with coffee, but room service did not leave a single coffee cup in the room to drink out of.

Breakfast hours listed in room binder not the same as posted in dining area. Only a problem if a guest comes late.

My room was not very clean and the pillows were the worst staff was nice

Really good location surrounded by Malls, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offered minimal complementary hot and cold breakfast that was satisfying. Restocking of food and supplies could be more attentive by staff and was pronounced with higher occupancy days. I made good use of the refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was also a pool and hot tub that appeared clean and inviting. Ample parking was spacious and close to entryways. The property condition is fair with some aging and wear. Overall, this property offers great value and plan to stay here again on my next visit. I do recommend this property seeking an ideal location, in-house offering and value.
