Hotels in Cairns City, Manunda

Was nervous due to past reviews, but found the reception staff friendly and helpful & the facilities really good. The room was basic but location was walkable and, whilst a little noisy at night sometimes, the other guests were kind and considerate. Would stay again!

The front desk service was pretty good. However, please note that check-in hours are strictly from 8 AM to 8 PM. The location in downtown Cairns is very convenient for transportation. Overall, it's a decent option.

It was clean and I had no problems staying there. The walls were thin and I could hear some noise, but it didn't bother me. It was very good.

Average cleaning, the balcony should be a part of the room to be cleaned too. The room was fine ,the spring mattress I usually don’t like was fine to sleep on. Disappointed that I found a dirty bad matt in the bathroom cupboard,so instead we use a extra towel on the floor. Pest Control on the rooms should be good as we had a cockroach in the bathroom and ant in the tea /coffee cupboard. Otherwise position of the hotel is great close to town and some take away food restaurants. Good value , good for business people who travel around and don’t have to stay long.

The room is great! Two beds for 3 people, one 1.8-meter-long bed + one 1-meter-long small bed, with a balcony for holiday mode! Rich enough! In the city center, very close to the pier and the central swimming pool, with rich food supply around, I will come again next time!

This place is great for families with kids, boasting a playground, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Our children had an absolute blast! The room facilities were a bit cramped and basic, and transportation was limited to taxis. However, we were generally satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.

Lovely hotel located at the other end of the Esplanade. The broad walk at the back of the hotel was nice to stroll along and an easy way to get to the city center. Kudos to the reception staff, Riccardo for leaving a really good first impression when I first arrived. He was so clear in explaining everything I needed to know before I checked in, and subsequent days when I saw him he was also really helpful with whatever requests I had. The room was big and spacious, very comfy beds!! The housekeeping staff were also friendly whenever I saw them as I head out for the day. Food from the room service was tasty. However, the breakfast buffet options were almost the same everyday though, wish there could have been more variety. But overall, I still had a rather pleasant stay here(:

Had a wonderful stay at cairns queen court! All the staff were super friendly. They always try their very best to help with our questions and provide suggestions to our trip planning! However, beware of the morning (ard 6:30am) house keeping if you wanna sleep in~ overall, I enjoyed staying there and had lot of fun in Cairns!

Large rooms with great amenities. Helpful reception staff (leaving bags for day trips etc). Only issue was that it’s a 20-30 minute walk to the main strip. Other than that, great place to stay and great value!

Breakfast is very simple, but you can eat enough, Western food is like that? Although the location does not depend on the city center, there is a bus at the entrance to the shopping center, and it is possible to travel back and forth within two hours of buying a ticket. This price is at this hotel, I think it is ok.
