The front desk excused myself by saying that there were many people during the May Day holiday. Haha, there were only two people in line in front of me. Was the training not in place yet? We arrived at the store to check in at the normal time, but it was not even our turn until our legs were weak. It took less than 5 minutes to finally check in. We asked for an extra queue to handle the orders that we had questions about, but no one ignored us; 2. The phone in the guest room was able to call the front desk on the first day, but it couldn't be called on the second day. Is it broken, or is it not answering the phone? In the end, I just used my mobile phone to make the call; 3. There are no car charging stations! Let the hotel restaurant provide or borrow non-disposable cups, no! Stayed for two days in a row, and asked the staff to clean up the room and replenish toiletries before going out, no! I used my mobile phone to call the front desk and asked her to help replenish bottled water, toiletries, and towels. I waited for more than an hour and called three times before they were delivered. It is on the side of the coastal road and there is an open-air parking lot in the hotel. The room I booked is a double bed room with an elegant environment. It happened that someone set off fireworks at the beach at night and experienced a free fireworks show. It feels very close to the seaside. This time, the child got up late and had to leave in a hurry in the morning, so I didn't go down to experience it.
