房間衞生一般，主要是那天我們過去下大雨，天氣原因，來不及打掃吧。然後還停電了。也沒網絡。平時應該還好吧。營地裏麪很多帳篷，有燒烤的地方，很大。也有卡丁車場，離沙灘也很近。找吃的也很方便。價錢也不貴。都是明碼標價。茂名第一灘是個好地方。老闆訂房時候説提供早餐的，後來去找她又説沒有供應早餐。借用她廚房裝了開水，加熱了自帶的食物。勉強吃飽就趕往下一個行程。空調房衹有一個遙控，洗澡房有多對拖鞋。不知道為什麼我們那個房間沒有電視。有張簡易的沙發一張摺疊椅子和三張凳子。

酒店就在海邊，設施有點舊，但是很乾凈，裏面可以露營燒烤，家庭套房是一廳兩房式的，不大但還算可以，房間沒有窗，隔音效果還行，但是過年期間有人在海邊放煙花，煙花的震撼聲就難隔音了！客廳有窗，白天可以開着，有人在外面燒烤就要關起來了，外面很多帳篷，景色也很好，晚上的燈光氛圍也不錯！服務也很好，服務中心的阿姨很nice，入住和煮早餐都是她一人搞定，好能幹！平時和朋友去的話還打算住一次，主要是離海邊就幾百米距離，太方便了！

房間是個兩個房間的套間。裝修很一般，但是就在景區裏面。酒店自己本身是個露營中心，估計重點在露營燒烤。露營燒烤環境還是不錯的。早上帶着孩子去趕海，體驗超棒。

出門就是沙灘，早起看日出非常棒，離吃飯的地方也很近，晚上的海鮮燒烤也很棒，營地主打的是露營住宿的人很少，非常清靜，我們帶了狗毛孩子可以到處跑很開心
