In this well laid out town home, the second delightful upstairs bedroom has a dreamy Queen bed with a 27" flat screen TV and a balcony with a bistro set to relax with your morning coffee. The third bedroom features two twin beds, making the villa a very comfortable destination for up to 6 people upstairs! Washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the bathroom near the two bedrooms. There are so many entertaining areas and abundant seating for your enjoyment with the 1600 square feet open floor plan, along with 4 covered decks, all with beautiful and comfortable furniture to relax in and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the back two! The huge living room is a great area for entertaining and playing games. The pool is a short walk while being far enough away to be the perfect balance. You can make use of the large charcoal barbecue grills at the dock…even make it a picnic. The protected boat dock gives easy gulf and fast ocean access. Bring your own boat up to 35 feet with deep water moorage at the dock or rent a boat or jet ski just around the corner.
