"It was comfortable enough for the price, couple of things 1) we found beer caps in the drawer and under the bed....we dont drink beer. 2) the door could have locked more securely, it was a bedroom door as the outside door with a easily picked lock on it and a slide lock on the inside. With a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, I dont know if you are aware of the 🦎 large lizards it was concerning. Everytime I heard a sound I jumped to look at the door. Lastly a rec area would have been nice, small table with a grill would have been great! Especially considering all the rooms dont have microwaves or kitchen areas. Over all we had a nice stay."

"Villa was spacious with its own private pool. Very nice grounds, private pool, walking area around resort, very safe. We had some noisy neighbors but that’s no one’s fault. We had a great time, lovely hosts, left is a great snack bag!"

Bluegreen Vacations Hammocks at Marathon, Ascend Collection Resort

"First time here. The room was what we expected being Bluegreen owners. Everything we needed was there, just had to go shopping to get the food we wanted. The pool was heavily chlorinated but a descent size pool. We ate at Barnacle Barney’s one night for dinner and it was good. The bartender ran out of ice so no frozen drinks. Did the sunset cruise with Mermaid Charters and it was absolutely beautiful. Dorthy who works overnight needs some customer service training, she was very rude and didn’t know how to address issues. Who really saved the day and needs a raise is Dalyi. She is all about customer service and going above and beyond for the guest. I have worked for Marriott for over 23 years and I wish I had Dalyi at all my hotels. She really cares about taking care of the guest and comes up with creative ways to say yes. She brightens your day as soon as you see her. Full of smiles and suggestions. Do what you need to maintain her employment. She is someone you want to train to get into management."

Sea Dell Motel - Marathon

"Stayed 1 night. Reception staff very welcoming. Easy to find just off main US1 Road. Free parking and WiFi, although WIFI not very good. No Breakfast. Room was spacious very clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. Coffee making. Small TV. 1 comfortable double bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and clean with toiletries. Would stay again if price right."
