Hotel Maui Maresias is located in Maresias at an intriguing beach South East of Sao Paolo. The rooms and suites are located around a very nice pool and relaxation area with a (roof top) bar and a restaurant offering a great breakfast and outstanding food during the day and evening. The staff is absolutely outstanding, serving always on a very personal level. As I am a native German only speaking English I was tampered by a very friendly, very supportive member of the hotel staff translating my wishes and offering me support at any time. I will always remember his place, the people and the time spent and will definitely return at one point of time.

Em primeiro lugar parabenizar Gabriela , muito FOFA , atenciosa, delicada , Excelente atendimento ☺️ Parabéns aos demais da equipe , Muito atenciosos . Como sugestão: Realizar manutenção preventiva de equipamentos, como ar condicionado, deu problema mas foi reparado , uma preventiva teria evitado . O banheiro estava com muita água parada dentro do box , cesto de lixo do banheiro muito pequeno , como eu estava sozinha não tive grandes problemas, acho q poderiam adequá lo tb . Café manhã excelente Lanche noturno muito bom tb . Gratidão , Sucesso !

Hospitalidade e “espírito de servir” da equipe é sensacional foi o grande diferencial em relação a outros hotéis . Os “mímos” que oferecem aos hóspedes é outro diferencial Instalações como quartos/piscina/rooftop tudo de ótima qualidade…. Muito perto da praia quase pé na areia Super recomendo

O Hotel se resume a uma “Experiência”, oferece estrutura aconchegante, ótima localização, quartos limpos, roupas de camas impecáveis (camas, lençóis, travesseiros, etc) os detalhes fazem toda a diferença ( mimos e lembranças que marcam a passagem pelo hotel). O café da manha é mais uma peça desta experiência promovida pelo hotel: Servido de forma individual e personalizada para cada casal / pessoa ( tudo delicioso). E para fechar essa experiência que tivemos o ponto que mais nos surpreendeu foi o SERVIÇO, impecável ! Todos atenciosos, bem preparados, educados e simpáticos, todos realmente preocupados em fazer da estadia algo especial ( Eu não poderia deixar de citar a Magali, pessoa especial do hotel, figura impar na organização e condução da nossa estadia). Resumindo, se você busca uma experiência de excelência então eu indico o Maui (uma ótima surpresa aos Paulistas).

Serviço impecável, café da manhã perfeito cardápio adaptado a escolha do casal, na praia, sempre tem um funcionário pronto pra atender (toalha, gelo, bebidas, cadeira, guarda-sol), todos os funcionários sabem nosso nome, nos sentimos seguros, observados. Lugar impecável!

Experiência personalíssima. Atenção a todos os detalhes, serviço impecável. Toda a equipe e estrutura estão a disposição dos hóspedes para tornar a estadia especial. Há serviço de praia, o café da manhã pode ser servido no quarto. O restaurante é maravilhoso!!!
