Great location for the nec and resort world. Big rooms, reasonable price

The room decoration is a bit old, but the service is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is a normal English breakfast~ For business travel, it is still a little far from the exhibition hall~ I would like to praise the Ctrip customer service lady here. I told the lobby that I wanted to refund one night's accommodation, and the lobby helped me with it. But maybe the communication was not good, and the money was not refunded after checking out. It was the lady who helped me keep communicating, and finally refunded one night's accommodation. Thank you!

The room is quiet, the view is nice, the hotel swimming pool is 10 pounds for guests, and the spa needs to be reserved in advance. It is about a 25-minute walk from the train station and across from the NEC exhibition hall (with luggage). Taxi ride from the airport is 13 pounds (2.4 kilometers). You need to bring your own toiletries, a hot water bottle, and no slippers.

When traveling on business, it is close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, so it is very convenient to travel. Hilton's facilities are almost the same, everything is available, and the environment is also good. I often choose Hilton when traveling on business. It is quite satisfactory.

Close to the airport, new facilities, relatively comfortable. This time it was a hotel organized by the company for a meeting. The meeting was also held in the hotel. It felt good. I will come back if I have the opportunity.

Lovely hotel . Executive lounge lovely but cold , resulting in cold food .

I had stayed at this hotel previously and was very happy but this time they gave us a room that was sharing a wall with the lifts and the constant noise of lifts going up and down was unbearable. We asked for another room and they gave us the one next to where we were and you could still hear it but the main problem there was the windows were old and fitted very poorly and there was a very noticeable cold draft all night and the noise isolation was not there at all. I will probably stay there again because it is sooo convenient for NEC but I will request a room as far away from the lifts as possible.

Really disappointing, broken shower, no toiletries in dispenders, spa is filthy and mobbed with kids. Lots of noise outside the room at night.

I've stayed here before but this time I was allocated a corner room with very little wardrobe space. No fridge again. The air conditioning didn't work to warm the room up but supplied with an electric fan heater. The problem was that the heater and the kettle tripped out the electrics plunging the room into darkness. Maintenance man came an told us about the problem. An unsatisfactory stay.

Hotel lovely, room comfy, staff very polite and helpful. Was a big party so was woken in night by drunken revelry in car park of which room was looking out on but that’s no fault of the hotel. Overall would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately i felt that this hotel did not live up to the Hilton standard. We arrived late afternoon and found that we needed to wait 20 minutes to check in, the line of people wanting to check in was long. On check in, we were not informed that the restaurant was closed due to a private function, and found that we could only eat at the bar together with 200 other guests. This automatically brings the standard down, as the staff could not professionally cope. We ended up leaving and walking 500m down to another hotel to eat. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the bathroom was ridiculously small (talk about swinging a cat here you couldn't even swing a toothbrush). The shower had old difficult to align taps, meaning that the shower was either to hot or to cold. Overall a very average stay, quite disappointing for a Hilton

Staying over for a family trip, great stay
